I got started building years ago because of you guys. I gained so much confidence over the years that I designed my own home and was the general contractor and my wife and I built it all ourselves and we’re still working in custom closets etc but I can’t thank you guys enough for your videos and the inspiration

Because we have big dogs that love to have the zoomies up and over our beds...ugh...but I always add plywood to the bottom to add even more support. Works pretty well.

A circle jig for your router for the arc/arch/half circle thing. Milescraft makes one.

Thank you! I have a jig that I use with my plunge router for circles but I couldn’t figure out a safe way to set the center point?

Do you use a plank or slats to support the mattress?

What are the settings on your Ryobi driver while screwing in the pocket screws? I’m having a hard time with this part. Thanks.

Most Ryobis are variable speed triggers. You might be squeezing the trigger too hard too fast.

I love this but why didn’t you use a router for the arch cut?

I use my plunge router and a jig for circle table tops but I couldn’t figure out a safe way to anchor the jig to cut the corners

What happened to your furniture line. I bought end tables that were well made and very heavy. I love them.

Why dont yall ever talk about the crown of your boards when planking? Such a huge detail. Always alternate the crown of the boards to keep them straight. No Glue on the Headboard?

  • @shanty2chic

We don’t alternate our boards ever, that’s why we don’t talk about it. We never suggest using wood glue on planks.
