  Barry struggles on this occasion and appears muddled. It’s a pity the full interview wasn’t presented. Bohm’s questions are never answered coherently. Bohm is brilliant at giving people time to articulate their ideas, maybe he was able to do this for Barry later on in the interview. Barry is not in an exploration mode but rather pitches science against the spiritual. Things get really strange when there is a suggestion that consciousness enters man 12000 years ago!

  I love you Sir and thank whomever put this up as a new and hopefully final teaching in to. Thank you uploaded and thank you Mr Barry Long. I love you Barry and I struggled to live them too. It's been a struggle because I'm selfish and want want want. I'm old and would like to rest, another want so I fake until the pain is so bad I surrender. I surrender to you. I love you again. The bullchitters I struggle to love because the love circuit is bridged by a wall. So I get suffering by trying to even say hello and smile. I seek another like myself again from greed. What am I allowed? I still struggle but see the black and white. But still lost because I want so much to love them all. It's just not possible and it turns to hate and rage. I must shop and drive in a place of twisted faces, that are twisted and grotesque. Confident there ways are best, and they aren't. Oh weres that voice. Chit it's all want want want how to do it. Maybe just let go, leave them alone to themselves to struggle. I feel and sense their pain and I again struggle, I look away, and there I remain. I say goodbye to you all with a shedded tear. And I'm at rest.. goodbye cruel world goodbye.

  Get into the belly area, that is where it arises from and keep an eye on the energy there. Feeling the sensation of the body that hasn't got the possession will start to shift the focus off it, and lead you to the wellbeing. Listen to all of Barry's teaching as all areas of the life need to be made conscious and got right so nothing bothers you externally.

  What Barry means is that the world you see in which you believe your body is either anticipated or remembered. None of that actually takes place in the Now. The now for most is really the past or anticipation in the present. It is our own thought that creates the physical world and memory that maintains it. That's how the dream world works. You are the dreamer of the dream. The entirety of the projection of thought that you're experiencing requires the human brain to experience that. Clearly a lot of what he's talking about here is in the context of his talk. So if you try to listen to it with your current paradigm of what words mean then you're likely to miss what he's saying. He's really talking about practical living. He's not saying that there isn't life after human death. After the body. If you listen to some of the other Gold Coast talks he discusses life in the other. An extraordinary world of angels. That said like many others here. I don't agree with all of his points and that's okay. You can't argue with practical living. You can't argue with learning to live peacefully within the consciousness of the human brain, while you learn that your real mind is beyond it.
