Such a profound message which all too few are able to accept, for in doing so comes the realization that EVERYTHING must change (in one’s life). Alas, Barry Long’s time will come and when it does the Truth he expresses here will be self-evident to all.

When I first came across E Tolle I thought ' I recognize this ' . After a bit I came across some Barry Long booklets that I had and realised that there were great similarities between the two . Allowing for a Universal Truth found fairly commonly in various teachings , I really felt that Tolle was particularly similar to Barry Long's . Do you think Long influenced Tolle ?

Yes very observant of you, Eckhart Tolle was a student of Barry's for some time in the early eighties in London and does acknowledge Barry as a powerful influence in making sense of the ongoing awakening he was experiencing at the time.
