My name is Paul and I'm a professionally trained Chef.

I set this channel up to show people like you how to cook delicious, honest meals at home. I believe cooking is not just a necessary skill but it's also a fading tradition which brings family and friends closer together.

In a world of where there's a fast food outlet on most street corners and ready meals loaded with chemicals and sugar stacked high on supermarket shelves, there's never a better time to learn.

So join me on a food adventure seasoned with fun! On this note please do not try any of the tricks at home, I have trained for years!

    So to boil it down it's melted butter chopped cabbage sweat with salt a coriander. Is it the leaves or is it the ground seeds?

    Just wondering, how do I slice the bacon? I threw the knife up like you did and lost 3 fingers so things are a little challenging.

    I would never fry my bacon in butter! If you cook it long and slow then fat will render from it to assist in frying. If you do need extra then it simply has to be lard.

    Wrong. Your supposed to slice the hotdog in the center and fill it in with cheese then wrap in bacon

    The meat is cured…..can eat that uncooked if one likes…..
