In this fantastic episode, we are making a really tasty fennel soup recipe with potato and leeks
This easy veggie soup isn't only veggie but it is also a veggie vegan soup!
It's really simple to make and really tasty and full of flavour
To make this delicious starter you will need the following ingredients;
1 large leek
1 medium red onion
2 garlic cloves
500 ml of vegan stock
3 baked potatoes
half a fennel bulb
two sprigs of rosemary
150ml of cashew nut milk
salt and pepper to taste!
That is it that is all you will need!
