Mega Vegan Mushroom and Cashew pate!
This special plant based diet mushroom pate is probably better than the real pate! Actually, it is!
Hi and welcome to another episode of Paulie's kitchen! In this episode, we are going Vegan for Veaganary! But don't let that stop you from making this delicious pate at any other time of the year! It really is an incredibly tasty and simple recipe. This east to follow recipe has step by step instructions and is also quick to make!
This Vegan Mushroom dish is amazing and has lots of flavour in it, to make this very tasty recipe all you will need is the ingredients below
160 grams portabello mushrooms
80 grams shiitake mushrooms
160 grams of Chestnut mushrooms
150 grams of cashew nuts
zest of an orange
coconut oil
one red onion
2 garlic cloves
350 ml of vegan veggie stock
salt
a small handful of thyme leaves
That is it! That is everything that you will need to make this amazing Veaganery recipe!
