How to make Mushroom risotto. perfect risotto every time!

Hi and welcome to another episode of Paulies Kitchen,
In this episode, I show you how to make a tasty vegan Risotto in a simple step by step instructions and some handy hints and tips to make this surprisingly creamy vegan risotto!
This delicious and tasty risotto is packed full of Mushrooms and asparagus and has a super tasty cashew nut milk base!
To make this superb dish asparagus recipe you will need the following ingredients;
700 ml vegan stick
300 ml cashew nut milk
200 grams of Chestnut mushroom
100 grams of shiitake mushrooms
1 red pepper
100 grams of fine asparagus tips
300-gram of risotto rice
1 brown onion
A small hand full of tyme
