They are drum brakes. Just manual adjust to a slight drag. You are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Your burning up the magnet by leaving it on for a per longed time.

How would you do that? My problem is keeping that adjustment "tang" out of the way while trying to adjust the adjuster wheel? Two screwdrivers? Thanks

Could you please explain How grasping the torque wrench at different locations changes The torque value.. I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around this on account of because it seems to me that the torque wrench is going to click at the predetermined torque setting regardless of where your hand is applying pressure

I stopped hang gliding 19 years ago when my son was born. I did do some inland flying, but mostly coastal flying above sand dunes just north of Noosa, Queensland, Australia. Launched via a 4x4 from the beach. This made me nostalgic, and a little sad. I love my son and I think it was the right thing to do considering I became a sole parent. I still have my Airborne Sting X country. Maybe I should replace the lines and fly again. Thanks for the memories and cool scenery and action.

Great video! Plan on doing this upgrade soon…one thing I noticed is instead of lubing the top of the washer, you can put them on totally clean , and just lube the bottom if the nut…serves the same purpose . Did you end of making a thread chaser with an old bolt? Or just blow out the threads? Thx BG

This is a great video! I have a question. I have had my 06 cummins apart for a while waiting on parts. Im installing the same injectors that you are. I had to replace pistons and overhaul it. My rail has not been capped off. Do you have a recommended procedure for cleaning it out to be sure I dont have an issue? I am running an air dog. Also Im going to drain out all the old fuel and replace the filter and separator as well. Thanks

If your gonna torque with the crows foot there is math you have to do to.get an accurate torque value. I can't remember what it is anymore but the crows foot is essentially putting out more torque than the wrench is set at. So say I set the wrench at 100ft lbs then the crows foot would be putting out say 110ft lbs, not accurate but you get the point hopefully.
