Rath WOLF Hi, The City of Mesa has a years-old ordinance aimed at the old generation RC planes and helicopters that prohibits launching and landing of RCs from all of Mesa's public parks, except for two. See their website for those two if interested. Riverview is not one of them. With that said, the City of Mesa (or anyone else except for an airport) does not control the airspace above their land, so if you launch from somewhere other than the park itself, you are not breaking their ordinance. With that said... safety for the public is #1, relations with the city and the public is #2, and getting to fly wherever I want is #3, at least in my book. This is awesome!!! My company built this fountain, and I was the project manager on this project. Would you be willing to share this video with me? I took some video on my phone, but I don't have nearly as good video as this!! Good work!!!
