Thank you so much however I`m sorry but the climate alarmists are wrong Carbon dioxide is good for the planet plants breathe it in and give us oxygen Please read Professor Ian Plimer`s book NOT FOR GREENS He is a top Geologist who with many other scientists unafraid to talk out are fighting to get science back and the insane quasi religious green ideology which is being used by the power mongers in the globalist camp to take away our freedom and democracies

Thank you Jancis for publicising the environmental impact of wine bottles. Some of us a working against this as much as we can: I do not bottle any of my wines.

10:20 👈(4-8-8) Question: There's nothing bad for your body bio-chemically about holding your breath in, like in 4-8-8 breathing, right? I'm asking because in buteyko they always have you breathe out before holding the breath. So I'd assumed it was for some particular reason....but I find holding my breath in to feel nice and relaxing, just as I do holding it out.... Thanks

Nice to know, though I'm a teetotaler. As different types and classes of wines have developed over hundreds of years as a matter of culture and preferences, wouldn't you say the choice of which wine goes with which food is also similarly defined?

Wine choice with dishes can also be a question of the flavour you are looking for. Traditionally fois gras is eaten with a sweeter Sauternes - but here in the Lot we prefer a more tannic Lotois; the Sauternes tends to highlight the more acidic flavours of the fois gras while a Lot accentuates the sweeter side of the fois…

I'm a saddo that used to scour the wine aisle in my local supermarket to find a match for the crisps* I was buying (*potato chips for our US viewers). I was particularly fond of Walkers Thai sweet chili crisps and found that an Alsace Gewürztraminer was a perfect match. I also found that no wine goes well with pickled onion flavoured Monster Munch, best to stick to beer.
