The design is great 👍 Instead of a turnbuckle, could a long bolt or threaded rod be used with a crank/knob/hex head so it could be actuated faster or with a power tool? Maybe the same size hex as the bolts used on your welding table?

The turnbuckle moves in both directions though right? So, he's pushing and pulling both sides. How would you do the bolt? If it works, agree bolt is easier and faster

@@matthewnance9420 If a fully threaded rod is used and made into a "bolt" by welding a nut on, a second nut could be welded on the inside of the support, capturing it from moving in either direction. This should allow for pushing and pulling with minimal clearance. I should design it up in SolidWorks to see if it would work.

Лезвие слишком толстое, из 3 полос, видно большое усилие, чтобы расколоть чурку. Одна бы спокойно справилась. У моего 6 мм, колет всё подряд.
