I needed a welding cart and i don't wanted to build a standard welding cart.
that why i build my own custom one. Inspired by some custom motorbikes i decided to build it in a spider web style completly out of stainless steel. The missing spider will come in another video!
Important was that both machines are one the cart and also all the accesorier and the wearing parts.
Both machines are from Rehm the Tig machien is a Tiger AcDc digital 230Amp and the Mig Machine is a Focus.Arc P 300. And it is not by purpose that they have the same color as my favorit powertool company. I just like the machines.
Hope the Video inpired you for some simular projects.
See you
Dirk

That is most certainly the prettiest welding cart I have ever seen. There are those that just don't understand spending that much time and effort on something that is really just for you to enjoy looking at while you work. Google Translate: I have become a big fan of your work, to the point that I am seriously thinking of abandoning everything I know and studied, to change my profession, I am a PLC programmer with many diplomas, courses and certificates in Rockwell, Siemens, Omron , Mitsubishi, Schneider, I am a designer with 7 certificates in Solidworks and I am dedicated to manufacturing machines for the industrial sector, industrial automation as it is known, but this does not make me happy, I am really very unhappy doing this, the little I have welded and created things from solidworks to the physical plane, he has made it clear to me that money is useless if one no longer wants to wake up the next day and continue with the same, with the stress of having to deliver endless documentation, going against the clock to solve problems, meet deadlines that most of the time are completely crazy... I sincerely envy you, because not even with my mining rigs and my hobbies can I feel so full in comparison When do I do welding work, I only have MMA with a cheap inverter, but I would like to use TIG to weld aluminum and stainless steel and create beauties like what I just saw in this post, I know it will take time, but I know that the day that I have to go, I will leave behind me countless beautiful creations which, unlike an industrial machine, will be lovingly welcomed to be used by many future generations, unlike an industrial machine that does not last more than 30 years before being replaced by obsolete ones and that in the vast majority of the time, they end up in the garbage, which gives me a lot of pain, so much time and effort invested and they end up like this, dying in such an undignified way, it's sad, so less for me. I apologize if I went on too long but I think someone like you will understand and I really needed to get this out of my mind haha.

Any chance you could do a shop tour video? I would love to see the tools you have and where you got things from.

Very nice great job m8. I also see that you use top of the line equipment. Tiger ac/dc water cooled unit and Focus.Arc mig welder. Really great tech machines!!!
