I would rather watch this than most of the live action Star Wars shows by Disney.

It seems like a lot of what’s missing from the original trilogy (but also the prequels to some extent) isn’t so much whole scenes, but maybe additional or alternate shots and coverage, b-roll, and in some cases bits of business from shots that appear in the films that didn’t end up in the final film because they weren’t really necessary, or they interrupted the flow of the scene. I think some of the screenshots from “missing scenes” too might just have been staged production stills for use in promotional material, never intended to appear in the finished film. And from reading the script, a lot of the missing material from Revenge of the Sith isn’t so much whole scenes that are missing as it is short bits from existing scenes from the finished film and what deleted scenes have been released. I think there is one more meeting between Padme and her group of senators that hasn’t been officially released, and that meeting between Padme and Obi-Wan from earlier in the movie are the only whole scenes that have never been released, I believe. There was going to be a bit right before the birth scene where Yoda is directly speaking to Qui-Gon’s spirit, though, and a whole (mostly) deleted subplot where Anakin is getting paranoid that Padme is cheating on him with Obi-Wan.

Don't know if you've seen it but you should add the extended dialogue Yoda has in RotJ where he admits that Obi-Wan would've told Luke of his true parental situation, if Yoda had let him do so.

However, leaked cue lists from John Williams’s score reveal that the movie seemed to have gone through massive last minute re-edits- meaning that showing deleted scenes would pretty much reveal how heavily rearranged and stitched together the Final Cut ended up being.

These are super fascinating... it's like we're seeing bits of an incomplete puzzle, and it hurts knowing that the rest of the pieces are sitting in an archive gathering dust, and these are only the ones we know about. I would love to see an "Ultimate edition" where these scenes are remastered and included as bonus features. I'd also love to see the alternate cuts of "Rogue One" and possibly "The Rise of Skywalker". rumors say that the movie was very troubled behind the scenes and there are alternate cuts out there, and the fact that no deleted scenes were ever released is rather suspect...

I swear of remember seeing that Jar Jar juggling scene in theaters when it first came out. I seen TPM 1 time in theaters AOTC 2 times in theaters and ROTS 3 times in theaters and they all looked better in theaters as well on film instead of digital.

@@noahlawson8405 Thanks, I actually recently just found they had that about a 2 weeks ago the 4k 35mm of the prequels and I have to say In theaters it looked close to that although it's a look more in limbo between the 35mm 4k print & the 4k bluray the way it should look. They did a good job though just wish the prequels didn't go with all that digital being its OK for the time but needs alot of upkeep to making it look fresh.

I used RVC-AI for the voice acting here. As for 5.1 audio, I’d suggest importing the track into Audacity. You’ll need to look up some tutorials on how to get or turn on the Advanced Mixing Settings. If you just want music and no voices, mute the center channel, which is Channel #3. Export it in 5.1, and you should be good.

Because the producers and heads at Lucasfilm saw the project differently and wanted Tony Gilroy to come in and reshoot huge chunks of the film to alter the story.

They should definitely rerelease the first 6 episodes with all the deleted scenes. Id even go and add the updated scene 38 floating around youtube. As far as 7-9, no deleted scene magic could fix what Abams and Kennedy did there. Bury those and make 3 more with Filoni and Favreau, they at least know the source material.

the scene of C-3PO getting his skin would have been incredible if left in. it makes his story a creation myth between anakin and padme, and also parallels him in a strange way to his maker.

I did keep in some of the essential scenes that 4Kids removed and had voice actors help me out. It took me two years to get this project done. There were many steps to just get one episode done.

Tried listening to it, but it hurts to. Whatever you did to try and isolate the voices makes the audio painful and honestly prolly woulda been better as a full re-dub. Tho I kinda liked the intro song.

That deleted scene from Revenge of the Sith should have played out like that way. The movie version ended up with Anakin taking off Mace Windu's hand with his lightsaber and Palpatine/Sidious used his Force lightening on Windu to propell him out the window... So 2 played part both in Windu's murder/execution.

I grew up in the 1980`s watching the German dubbed version of Star Wars which had the soundtrack incorporated like here. Still have a VHS recording from a late 80`s/early 90`s German SAT1 TV airing. I was shocked when I watched the Special Edition in theatre 1997 only to see/hear it being removed. The scene is so dull without the soundtrack. Thanks a lot for this upload !
