As after Dudley's father was Vermon his Harry Potter's uncle has getting notes for letter was good person. Wanted more of them courses through of Dungeons before Chamber of the Neathia's library. He most likely moved on in life and quit working on these. The same goes for everyone else who made recreations of the Harry Potter books in The Sims 2.
