FYI, you do not have to pull the heater box to get the blower out roflmao, little bit of finagling and it comes out, ask me how I know lol... all parts including harnesses are available

Nice. It turns out, the "check engine" light has burned out in my 01 XJ Limited. It failed emissions today. Swell. That explains why it hasn't been on the past two years. I'm trying to keep it on the road, but it is a challenge. It threw 4 different codes.

I’ve done this but I wish I didn’t tap it so far as I wanted it to be a tighter fit and bottom out sooner. I’ll probably put some rtv sealant on it to make a really good seal possibly even the orange/red rtv as I’ll never remove it.

Several years ago I had to replace heater core and after doing this the cluster would randomly stop working until it stopped working altogether. I cleaned connections and boom she was back, but now the fuel gauge goes from full to empty. Is that part of the cluster trip test mode or did something just crap out on me?

Hey man, I can't thank you enough for this info. Never thought about the "never used" 87a !! I've just been accepting that my negative will back feed and always have my turn arrows on my dash LOL. Now it works perfect and much brighter because of no back feed and relay in general. Again, this is priceless, at least for this ol boy.

I used to run 5k at half ohm on an 80amp alt but I had 4 odyssey agms. Ran it for about a year before I upgraded. Now I'm running 2 rebuilt tumolts on 3k and that's why I'm here. Plays pretty good I can float stuff and I'm flexing my windshield enough to ripple my hand when I make a fist and touch it to the windshield. And that's with a stripper pole.

If I connect pin 30 to a positive ignition wire and leave everything as you have it. This will cause the side marker to always be on as soon as you open ignition correct? And then when hitting the turn signals still work?? Thanks!!

This video is underrated. I had power to the motor but when I put it under load I would lose my 12v. After studying the blower motor circuit diagram this video made perfect sense. I ran the wires and it worked as I hoped. Thank you immensely.

i want to convert my jeep cherokee/liberty to do this here in uk. two modules hidden away each side simple enough. although i'm now wondering if it'll afffect the rear sidelights as thats the circuit that would be wired to it from the front sidelights. american sidelight/turn signal are wired to flash with your brake lights ours have seperate side lights also, but are obviously wired different as ours would short out the rears also?? as our fronts are wired to a WHITE sidelight, white dipped/main beam and orange turn signal. but we use orange rear turns, we have to convert or retro fit a orange turn signal on imported american cars to make them road legal. so your side lights would be wired different to the front from the rear i'm guessing. we usualy have separate fuses for left and right as its safer if you blow a light fuse lol

Here's some of my shit I built but the coil I had custom hand wond/ made for the JL12W6v2 that I modded with a 3" coil monster motor 2nd time nodding that version is insane. I made a single 2-layer single 1-ohm 18awg copper wire 3.25" wind height (feels like a 1lb coil (my 2 different digital multi meters read different on the coil. One reads 1.2-ohm and the other says .9-ohm) I had smothered in ceramic Coil adhesive to cure it on every layer inside and out and baked to perfection. Check it out. I had a glue blob run down the coil when I put it together so have to tear it down again to fix a rub. Shit happens but that sub cost me way to much to build. The trim ring $50 plastic, the dust cap broke wasted $50 was thin .25 cents worth of plastic. The basket was $60 the motor 140 and the spiders $60 it all was just trying to keep it JL but fuck that cheap overpriced garbage. kzread.info/dash/bejne/X5qA2s9wdbO4YNI.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/c3mIyLWfdpfHcto.html

I got 2 of your PBX 3XL-1501D subs. I had replace the cones by cutting the old one directly off the coil and cleaned up the old glue joint that I burned to soften the glue. Then cleaned of the rest with my dremmel sanding bit. Put some over sized tall roll SPL thick heavy cones on them. The box I built is like a 10cuft kerf port but I don't have an SUV to put them in. The old caps the guy had RTV silicone trying to glue the dust caps back on but he ruined the surrounds plus the cones are thin paper under the plastic cone/Dust cap. They need a lot of power now I just wish they had a wide gap motor because the gap is so tiny it's hard to upgrade the coils that can handle over 1k they will take over 1k but they will surly over heat and burn if played for extended durations. Mine need at least 2k just to properly push each sub. kzread.info/dash/bejne/p4Jp2pVuprDZic4.html
