  I don't know if the screw you mentioned at the start of the video was the one that holds the ejector rod to the barrel, but Uberti can have an issue with this coming loose. Not good if you are at the range and that screw backs out and the whole ejector rod assembly goes one direction and that little screw is now "somewhere" in the dirt ending your nice day of shooting . Put some loctite on it before you take it out to shoot.

  Those open tops shooting those high powered loads must have strong frames. Can spring them open some times.

  The bolt should NOT come up about the same time the trigger engages. This causes the bolt to peen the edge of the cylinder notches. In time the bolt will not engage the cylinder notch properly and the gun will start to fire out of battery.

  I wasn't assembling a Uberti or even a full-size gun, but a little .22lr Hawes revolver. Process was a little different as the bolt and trigger were on the same screw, but other than that, you singlehandedly showed me how to properly reassemble my little single action. Thank you very much, stranger.
