'Farther', not 'further'. Farther means a greater distance in a literal, physical sense, i.e., it can be measured; whereas further is a greater figurative or metaphorical distance. When you are talking about how FAR the arm can go, the correct word is farther.

Yesterday (friday) I had to work and move heavy boxes I couldn't stop crying out of pain. Today I'm off and even though I'm doing a lot better it still hurts!! I hope It gets heal by Monday because I wouldn't know what to do when I get to work.
