Hi I have issues with hamstring weakness where do I start?
Hi after driving a car for about 1 hour or more I can barely walk when getting out of car pain is on the right hip and leg not sure what condition this is.

Overall Best Choice: Use a large exercise ball and just do all weightlifting movements on this. Then slam a large soft medicine ball and do different movement with this device.

Strange lunge . I think it is more of a one leg knee bend. However I would thing it would be good for the joints as well as the muscles. Does not have that explosion that occurs when you lunge.
