I have the blue tamagotchi, but a dog version. It has tons of games but bc of the lack of buttons it’s really hard to get around. There is a big map and plenty of activities. It needs more than just “change option” and “select”.

People often search for things that scared them in childhood to face their fears once again. I am personally very interested in things like that - something that maybe wasn't intentionally creepy but scared kids. But I am interested in real things, not creepypastas. So when people are making stuff up and it gets mixed with real cases it can be really frustrating. Something like this happened in Russian Lost Media community a couple of years ago. There was a post several years before that about creepy obituaries on a regional tv channel. It seemed rather plausible because obituaries on local channels are a thing, and the description was just about them being too somber (sounds of a church bell, funeral music, black background, etc.), so nothing too creepypasta-ish. About 3 years ago someone uploaded some recordings from that channel and it included an obituary. Later some person uploaded two obituaries from "master tapes". And, like, a year later people managed to prove that the ones from "master tapes" were fake and made the author to confess that they wanted to make analog horror x_X (and they used an old photo of a currently living woman as a photo of a dead teenager). The upload with the first one was deleted as well, so maybe that one was fake too. Like, come on, I want to see real things from that era, not modern fakes =( But, then again, it is important for creepypastas to pretend to be real, so mixing is inevitable, I guess =(

I know this is minor but I Wish Friendship is Magic Was Rated TV-G and not TV-Y Because on Most Networks TV-Y Shows can actually only be aired in Morning/School hours everyday of the week Similar to Nick Jr. & Disney Junior so More older Viewers & Myself could've Watched it during Afternoon or Prime Time Hours if it was Rated TV-G and could've made even More Viewers.

Having lost media be associated with "creepypasta garbage" is probably the worst thing that can happen to the community. It probably isn't even that major but man, I just want the general public to take media preservation seriously. The fact that modern lost media searches are for pilots of baby shows or some dumb Nick bumper from 2007 featuring spongebob scratching his balls doesn't help either, but that's a different discussion I think.

I've been trying to make my own for a while, since none of the fan projects I've seen that are similar have been entirely to my liking - I'll try and release it once I've gotten something that can be released publicly.

For a while I head-canoned that it's not that they're prejudiced against Zebras, they're prejudiced against anyone they think is a _witch_ (with good reason: see G1). After all, they don't make a big fuss about Gilda or Iron Will, which are far more physically different. And then season 8 and 9 come along, and no, lots of ponies are just racist dicks, even towards other ponies.

i liked this video but this is such a negative view of the lost media community. i'm a fan of lost media and i watch a lot of lost media youtube and i absolutely love fake lost media stories. i don't see whats wrong with them?? they're just fun mysteries to pass around like playground rumours. it doesn't delegitimize the real lost media bc it's pretty easy to tell whats real and what isn't. and if you can't, then thats just another layer of intrigue that makes it more fun to investigate. i think ppl who hate lost media bc it's "creepypasta bullshit" are gonna hate it regardless of whether ppl are making up rumours or not. i don't think it's a crime to have fun lol
