I just got my 2017 GT 8 months ago it's mainly a weekend car for me.. She only had 1 other owner n only 8,909 miles when I bought her.. kzread.info/dash/bejne/eXl-q7CGXZScgM4.html I know it's a GT but I love this car.. I went with the manual for the fun.. I have no regrets at all mine came Base with a Performance Pack, 373's, struts braces' beefier sway bars and I'm on a staggered set up, with 275's on the back and 255's up front.. I plan to keep her as stock as I can stand for now and in a few years she is getting Whippled and a stage 1 tune.. I'm not looking for 800 wheel.. But if I can get to 680ish on 93 pump gas and have the car run like it came from Ford that way, meaning smooth.. I'm willing to sacrifice power to stay on 93 and keep the car from blowing up in 2 or 5 years even.. They closed down a track we had so there's no where to put 700 plus wheel down at without getting into trouble really.. Unless you have a track near by where are you going to need more than 650 wheel at that's a lot of power even these days..

Redlining has nothing to do with it. It's made to rev high like that. The issues were with oil consumption and those were corrected in Gen 2.

@@rhatala27 No 🤡, I’m saying prove me wrong. Let’s get technical You’re saying “that’s just incorrect”, how am I incorrect? The GT350 is nearly 3800 lbs - while the weight has some impact on steering feel and balance it is simply the lesser overall package. Put a DCT in the GT350 and nobody will be talking about it being an analog “drivers car” anymore. The Voodoo is a hunk a crap - it’s a fundamentally compromised design that offers zero tangible benefits over a cross-plane engine. It DOES offer many very tangible disadvantages though.
