I worked 1 day with a trainer and I could see the writing on the wall... I finished the day and the very next day I called up Walmart auto center and accepted a technician job making 50 cents more an hour.... I live in Florida and first of all the temperature along with the humidity is brutal, they they overload you with a unbearable amout of packages/stops which makes you not want to take a break or even want to go pee or you will be going home late. I will never ever go back to work for them...They can suck it! Worst job I have ever had ans I have had some bad ones. I don't think I would do that job for $2/hour more.

The effing glitchy ass app was enough for me to quit, just that one issue is bad enough. Can't effing deliver as expected when the app glitches out every other day or the phone is faulty and won't hold a charge at least once a week. That alone was enough to make me insane, then add almost getting attacked by unleashed dogs and that's it, just endless unrealistic expectations.

It makes sense why Amazon is so unreliable now, the higher ups are't doing anything. I never had issues until recently, granted I don't buy from Amazon often. I had one package lost and or damaged a few weeks ago, a package delivered to the wrong house and now a package with a delivery time that was a lie from the start. According to Amazon I should have been getting my package today, but I see it's shipped via UPS and according to them it was never going to be delivered today in the first place. I'm done with Amazon.

I just recently got done with 160 driving academy and thank god I did get my CDL.. but I will say the instructors are fucking ass and treat you like shit. it was pretty much here’s a paper now go learn everything on your own. never once had guidance on doing the pre trip. only time they were actually showing us things was on the skills portion. but the whole time it was just “WTF are you doing!!” “ That’s now what you do!!!” just then bitching about how the students weren’t doing it right. I even seen a couple of students get into it with the instructors. honestly pretty shitty experience but i’m just so blessed I passed all my test on the first try and i’m done going to that bogus ass school .

The other day I had an Amazon van with 2 backup cameras that didn’t work, the side mirrors were not adjusted because the knob to adjust them was broken off. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe backing out of driveways that day. Yesterday on fathers day I had a ton of packages to deliver and a customer was not able to verify a six digit code BECAUSE AMAZON NEVER SENT ONE! Like how do you not send a customer a code then expect them to verify one? 🤦🏻♂️ I was at the house for 35 minutes, she ordered over $1,000 of tiles that came in 6 heavy boxes. I had to take everything back. The phones are cheap Android phones that work slow, have cracked screens, and are hard to even see in sunlight. And yes you could raise the brightness but guess what?, if you do that your phone’s battery is going to die quicker. We even had phone charging cables that didn’t work. Bro I could go on but i’ll just leave it at that, I quit yesterday

I just started Amazon dsp. And one week in. They called me asking why I was behind 16 packages and why I didn’t answer when they tried calling me. I’m like idk I just got back from lunch. (They barely found out that when someone’s on lunch, the work phone won’t let them call me. And then that when on lunch, the Amazon app continues accumulating time (even when on lunch break) and then puts you behind lmao

The most true legit DA review video on KZread. I watched your video before. But I had Togo find out for myself. Everything is true. I only lasted 5 days. 3 days of training, which was garbage. People are just miserable and overworked. I worked in lansing michigan DSP the building the vehicles the devices all crap. The people are all crap. They make it seem like it's gonna be awesome. But when you see the attuides and personalities of some of these workers. They act like robots with no souls. My first impression of me at a job means a lot. If I'm gonna give my energy and my hard work ethic to a company, they need to prove to me it's a good place to work. To add to your list. People pee in bottles. The computer systems in the vans don't work correctly. The apps they made you download. I had 7 apps on my phone. Then I used 2 on the work phone. Lastly, they will take over your personal phone. I could not remove apps once I quit and said it was blocked because I was not an administrator. It is strange that they would minuplare your personal device. I tried to put my phone on vibrate, and they kept changing my phone back to sound alerts. Oh, and don't take a break. I stopped tor 10 minutes after working 2 1/2 hours. I didn't want to piss in a bottle. So I went to a nearby gas station. The dispatch texts me oh you took a long break it's causing you to fall behind, but keep up the good work. Like wtf and I was on a nursery route. But that's all it took for me.

I think your DSP experience is what’s more of the problem than Amazon itself. Amazon wants the drivers to get used to one area of delivery to improve the quality of delivery. Your DSP was moving you because they believed you were more capable than others.

FedEx was so good to you they are forcing express onto Ground contractors that don't even want it. They want nothing to do with paying retirement benefits or workers comp. They know contractors pay their drivers crap and would like them to pay drivers more but contractors have expenses and houses and wives. If the contractor can't eek out a living with a few trucks they'll go out of business and somebody else will take over and pay you less. I could walk into the FedEx building I was in 9 years ago and probably not recognize one person. About the max career for Ground drivers is 10 years and they'll probably have 3 or more bosses. Have enough bosses and you'll have issues with one of them even if you're a good worker. It's tough especially when UPS drivers can work a three day week and take home $1200 per week with good benny's or max out their hours and make over 160k per year. Like Henry Ford said he wanted his workers to be able to afford the cars he built. People should avoid shipping anything with FedEx if possible and ship with UPS even if it's a little more because UPS drivers are able to contribute to the economy in a better way than Ground drivers that live paycheck to paycheck usually with no benefits.

Well this doesn't inspire much confidence. I just joined the TOM Team at Amazon and am nearly finished with my training. Did CDL theory training this week, my range training with 160 starts August 19. Seems like that pre trip inspection for the CDL test is a bit overly strict. Kind of nervous about this. I am in Michigan btw.

I was there for 3 months became the fastest driver in my group they took advantage of that would give me 200+ stops a day and if I finish early they would send me on a rescue or two still left my 2 weeks notice today got a txt when I got home that they terminated me the same day to pick up my last check with the uniform washed they don’t give a shit about you lol f that place

Not much lol 😂 it was my old pc back in 2017. No graphics card. Gots a core i3 and the only thing I’ve messed with is the ram moving it up to 16gb. I’m currently building one slowly but not much done to it in about a year. I saw this rtx 4070 that I wanted badly lol
