your math is wrong multiple the pay by 46 weeks and oh yeah peak season is higher and im not gonna tell you the pay for the last 6 weeks but I can tell you it's higher than what you got. but overall good job

You are 100 percent correct sir, these delivery jobs are physically demanding and mentally exhausting. I had to rescue a coworker on Sunday who was ill due to heat and dehydration. I delivered the remaining packages from his truck. I seen an Amazon delivery driver literally having a mental breakdown on my street a few years ago. I definitely have mad respect for all delivery drivers. Not anyone can handle the job.

Ups is very strict, most of these other drivers that want to be on their phone all day and just throw packages wouldn’t make it

I work for UPS during peak season delivering with my personal car. Here in my area they were paying us $38 an hour plus mileage. Comes out to around $41-42 an hour. For a regular driver they making around $42-$44 with the current contract & some amazing benefits. It takes 4 years to get to top pay. They don’t hire off the streets usually have to start out in the warehouse for about a year or two. Totally worth it at the end of the day!

If UPS hired drivers off the street more, I'll try to join up quick. I want to see this raise that Amazon suppose to give the drivers in Oct.

I just applied at FedEx express and being consider for swinger. I also got the ups but I still have to go take my road test. Swinger pays 22.61+ 2$ premium= 24hr and ups 23hr. What should u pick😭😬🤦🏽‍♂️ ups is seasonal tho? HELP GUYS!!

@@gthisgirliswildI worked for Amazon only lasted 5 months than got my cdl and I currently work at Sysco made 100k last year.

Fedex will have to step it up especially with the merge it will be the same exact job as ups i was told their goal is one truck one route so that means FEDEX Will NEED to pay ups wages or similar. The power is in the workers at this point stop allowing them to take advantage of you!

Idk if I'd like UPS longterm. All delivery jobs seem to be stressful and hard regardless. Great pay is a plus but still grunt work.

Question does FedEx ground make you do any sort of road test also I heard they use insurance break and speed thing and deduct money of your check if you break to hard last question do we get paid per hour or per day as we are contractors

Depends on Hours you want to work, is this some longterm gig, commute, etc If you are looking for a potential longterm UPS, if you don't whatever is closer and has a better schedule.

Looks like there's no state taxes on that check (big bonus for living in a non tx state) & the union due (monthly) is quite low. We pay over $130/month for our dues. That's definitely a benefit from living in a state with

They’re definitely going to make over $100,000 doing closer to 60 hours. Insane. 🔥

The only time I’ve seen ups was hiring drivers in my area it was as a temporary roll for peak season. Other than that, you start at the warehouse.

@@matthewp9740 I thought about it but I already hate long drives on the Express way as is. Then you have a much bigger vehicle to worry about maneuvering. I hear it just takes getting used to though then its easy. How much you have to pay for the school?

S33 ups is best u deserve it honestly I never had any problems with them. But fedx many there the worst...
