    JUST take on board UK Distribution of Velocity's products here in the UK having used them for many years and am so stoked to offer their rims on my own ranges of wheels (both custom and pre-spec'd), as well as being able to supply the trade and public! Exciting times lay ahead! Really enjoyed this factory tour and looking forward to visiting myself in the near future!

    I used to leave it on the car full time but because of the car wash situation I ended up taking it off. It sits in the garage more than anything in the still in great shape! No complaints

  • @EricGonzalez-bd1qd
    @EricGonzalez-bd1qd7 ай бұрын

    @AdventureswithREMAX thanks. The first thing everyone says on review videos is that due to the finish it will scratch and get damaged by rocks easy etc. But can't seem to find a video of one all scratched up or with rock chips lol. Not saying it can't happen but it seems like maybe people worry a bit too much about something that may never happen...

  • @AdventureswithREMAX
    @AdventureswithREMAX7 ай бұрын

    @@EricGonzalez-bd1qd funny story.... I had the box sitting on top of my Polaris ranger not stressed down just for storage wife moved the Polaris box fell off got scratched up. Doesn't look bad at all you have to really be paying attention to notice it. Addicted handle that type of scratching it's good. It is a box for adventure, adventure sometimes gets a little messy!

  • @EricGonzalez-bd1qd
    @EricGonzalez-bd1qd7 ай бұрын

    @AdventureswithREMAX exactly! I'm not too worried about a little scratching but I also don't want it to fade completely and start cracking and paint chipping off making it look hideous either haha. Mainly because they are sooooo expensive! I ordered the XT L. Waiting for it to arrive. I will probably do some paint Protection film on the front to protect from rock chips or at LEAST ceramic coat it. Wish me luck haha

  • @AdventureswithREMAX
    @AdventureswithREMAX7 ай бұрын

    @@EricGonzalez-bd1qd keep in mind also the black is all the way through so even if you scratch it it's black scratches. It's not anything that can chip off like paint can on steel or aluminum

    That is 27 miles into the race and a steep hill. Many struggle and even walk it. The crowd is there ready for the pros to come though while some of the amateurs are wrapping up their race. Some of the last amateurs take 4+ hours in the course while the pros take 1:40 ish. An awesome time to watch, race, and experience! Check out on my channel some of the videos of the pros same spot.

    why do you carry 90% of your weight on the back of the bike... ive been on a tour for the last year and half... amd i try to put most of my weight on the front of the bike.... so 1 i do t wear out the back tire in no time... and 2 because i get sick of the front end trying to pop up any time i take my weight off the bike... with all my food and back up batteries and tools hygiene products etc in the front... the bike feels better balanced... my tires wear more evenly.... and good lord you have a reidculous amount of gear... i have a dog carrier in my trunk position... and still have far less bags than youre running... although i like the brand... im using a salsa journeyer... advent build... im just getting ready to try out studded snow tires for the first time... how are 38mm tires with heavy weight?
