  8:10 Mate, why should the government care more about your block than you do? I live in the suburbs. If things don't get done here for whatever reason, locals go out and pick litter or cut the grass themselves. It's even more like that in small villages. The state of a place reflects the people and how much they care. People in the ghettos always talk about how bad the area is, but then they contribute to it by perpetuating the same mindset and taking pride in being hood. Is it good or bad? If you do right and make some effort, don't give people respect for doing shady things, the area will slowly improve.

  I went college in Tottenham in early 2000s. It was a S hole then and is a S hole now. Constant fights, stabbings and people getting jumped and bottled at the college entrance. This video is funny to me because its not accurate at all. Prostitutes roaming around at night time and much more.
