Nice
thanks for watching 😊
What are the minimum costs for such a meditation course? Thank you 🙏
It's free; nobody asked me for anything at the Doi Suthep Meditation Centre. They didn't even mention that I could donate. I made a donation anyway at the end of my stay because I wanted to. This year, in a week, I'm going to another meditation centre where they ask for 220 baht per day of stay, which is like 6 dollars per day.
They both teach the same thing. Love compassion and kindness ❤️ 💜 💗 how can you not agree with that. Different music, same sound.
Absolutely agree ! Love your answer 🤍
very beautifully explained. btw refugees from china occupied tibet are still coming in india bcoz they are not able to practice their religion freely in china and get bullied and discriminated by local chinese . 😢
thank you :)
Muuy feliz de poder seguir tus viajes asi, Sasha <3 Abrazo!
gracias linda ❤️❤️❤️
You need to understand that the Indian subcontinent, with its vast populace surpassing the 1 billion mark, stands as a remarkable testament to diversity with its mosaic of 1,652 distinct languages. This land, adorned with a myriad of cultures and traditions, epitomizes the rich tapestry of diversity that defines our nation. From the lofty snow-covered peaks of the Himalayas in the North to the sun-drenched shores of the South, from the bustling thoroughfares of urban centers to the tranquil backwaters of rural landscapes, every facet of this expansive country proudly unveils a distinctive cultural identity. The cultural diversity of India is not merely a source of pride but also the dynamic impetus propelling our advancement and shaping our collective character and therefore you can see Budhist Temple, Pagodas, Monastery everywhere in India as well as Churches, as well as Mosques and Hindu Temples. Moreover, the heavy Military, yes those areas needs those, if you have neighbours like Pakistan and China, you need to have military on those region and beyond, so as they will not occupy the same like PoK and Tibet. Please give opinion atleast after going though Wikipedia. 😊😊😊
I didn’t say you don’t need militaries in Ladakh, I just said that I didn’t expect to see them and that they are ugly and don’t match the beauty of the landscape. Guys, this video is a western view on Ladakh, it’s made for people like me who’ll come to Ladakh for the first time and want to know what to see there. For me it was first time visiting India and Ladakh, so I just said what were my expectations and what is reality (completely different from what I thought but it’s a stunning beauty, it’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen and I’ve travelled a lot, so you should be happy with it) That’s all. It’s not an educational content, I just give my opinion on what I see with my western eyes. Peace ✌🏽
@@IKIYOGA Yep! Western people don't face threats in their border like we have, therefore I have said read Wikipedia. Anyhow, please go through all of India, feel the essences of India's diverse culture, its arts, its people, its religion, its cuisine, its colour, its language, its geography, its weather, etc. which will be different from area to area. Enjoy traveling in India, sorry for being so unpleasant. 🙏🕊
I did Vipassana meditation for 7 days in Bhopal in my childhood. It was a wonderful experience ❤
In your childhood? Wow!! I didn’t know children could participate.
Its beautiful indeed🙌
it’s breathtaking! I recommend everyone to visit this magical place 😌
Thanks for visiting Ladakh😊hope u come again and visit my Sikkim state!
thank you for watching :)
JESUS CHRIST IS GOD ❤
No kidding? I thought he was a carpenter. What makes him a god?
R u joking?😜
Just remove ugly Indian military camps and see Ladakh to be annexed by China within weeks. You visited the area without any knowledge of the area's history. Do you even know that there is a Dalai Lama, who lives in exile in Dharamsala? I will not even mention the Panchen Lama, who lives some where in China.
I feel sorry for your frustration. Yes, I know Tibetan history as my friends are tibetans and they say nobody knows if Panchem Lama is even alive. And again yes, I went to Dalai Lama’s blessing in Ladakh. You’ll see a video about it in 2 weeks.
Good job
Ladakh borders Chinese Occupied Tibet. We Indians don't actually have a border with China. Our Neighbours are Tibetans, who have been forced out of their land Tibet by the Chinese occupiers. Also, Buddhism originated in India and belongs to India. Just like the three other Indian religions. Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism.
my Tibetan friends from Ladakh say that it borders with China, that’s why I said what I said 🖖🏽
🙏 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annexation_of_Tibet_by_the_People%27s_Republic_of_China
@@IKIYOGA yes technically it does border with china because china occupied tibet now, but we refuse to say it because that would mean we are justifying chinas oppression of tibetans when they attacked it and captured it, many people were ra***ed and killed and many managed to flee from tibet to India along with the current dalai lama , you can ask the tibetan brothers and sisters whether I am right or wrong
Breathtaking sceneries in Ladakh! Nice video
thank you very much 🙏🏽
Buddha lived in India and taught his philosophy here. To say Ladakh is Buddhist and so nothing like India shows that you need reeducation. Understanding India is beyond mist peoples.
Mmm I'm not sure if I got right what you wanted to say. I'm telling in the video that Ladakh is a place full of Buddhist monasteries. That makes it doesn't look like India at all to me. So imagine you were to ask me how India looks like, I would say Taj Mahal, Rishikesh, Varanasi, guru. sari. These are my associations. And Ladakh reminds me more of Buthan and Nepal because of its architecture and landscape. This is not good or bad, this is just my opinion :)
@@IKIYOGA What I would like to say that Buddhism was born in India. If you look at Buddhist scriptures the influence from yoga, etc is evident. How can anything Buddhist not be part of Indian culture. Also hindus consider Buddha to be a reincarnation of Vishnu and so an avatar like Krishna.
@@prabirchaudhuri3026 I got you! I didn't meant to offend your culture, it was just my observation of the place. That's actually very interesting about hindu's perspective on Buddha.
@@IKIYOGA Pardon me respectfully! But what he was trying to say was Buddhism is common in India and Buddhist temples, they are scattered all across India from South to North but as you said majority of Indians nowadays are Hindus.
@@biswaranjanmallick7407 thank you for clarification 🙂
You talk without experience?
I talk from my experience and experience of my friends

thanks for watching 🙏🏽
This is the first video I came across in which course outline of these two techniques have been discussed 🙏🏻
thank you! that’s why I’ve prepared this video, as I was very confused at the beginning to hear the word “Vipasaana” and to see two different things.
Thank you ❤
thank you for practicing with me 🙂↕️
At the Goenka retreat. You only have to be in the main meditation hall afor 3 group sittings that are 1 hour each. and then after a small break for 10 minutes, you go in for more isntructions which last maybe 10-15 minutes. After this you are allowed to meditate in your room. The rest of the time, you can meditate in your room. There are also teachers there that you can ask questions too.
thank you for your input! it was really useful 😊

Awasome work Sasha! Thanks for sharing with us. It might be worthy to try It.
Thank you Miguel! It is indeed worth it 🙏🏽
❤❤❤
Brava ❣
Sasha, your yoga sessions are always the best ❤🔥. Please can you also make some Prenatal Yoga videos for all Trimesters? Thanks ❣
Thank you very much, Manu! I feel very happy you like my classes 😃 Unfortunately, I am not an expert in prenatal yoga yet, so I don't think I can suggest exercises. It's quite a delicate topic. So, I'll make classes about it when I'll study the subject well 🤗
Which Mahasi retreat did you go to? Im keen on going to Mahasi centre
I went go Doi Suthep Temple in Chiang Mai, Thailand. You can check out overview of the centre and their method here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mWqFtM5_d7ufprQ.htmlsi=VVVNrrKXu5xSQ106
@@IKIYOGA Thank You. This really helps. BTW, great job at the video
Cute!

sexy body lol
Oui🎉
Have you tried Vipassana meditation retreat? I'm going to have my second experience in this May, right 1 year after I did my 1st Vipassana in Chiang Mai. By the way, this time, I'll try out another ancient temple in Chiang Mai. Can't wait 🙂
You🎉
Thank you for sharing this experience 🌗🙌❤️ x
thank you for connecting with me ❤️
Hi, I have done 10 days vipassana meditation course 4 times + STP, in India.
great! what centres in India can you recommend?
Goenka centres are for serious meditators
Thank you for your comment! My friends who had zero experience with meditation want there. Some of them didn’t enjoy it at all, they said it was too strict, too militar approach. I would definitely do it later in my life to see the difference 😊
You really should do a Goenka course. It's not as strict as you point out. You are not observed all the time. You are free to meditate in your room if you prefer. You are only required to be in the hall for 3 sessions a day as well as at the discourse each evening. The separation of male and female is a good idea in my opinion. And of course if you really want or need to leave, then you can leave. Also anything less than 10 days, isn't really giving a proper chance to experience the method. Blessings from Australia. 🙏
@@jimigrant6442 good point! I definitely need to try out both. The experience that you had is way more flexible than my friends had. Thank you very much for your input 🙂↕️
Yes Vipassana is very strict if you straggle with Vipassana then you can try iner Engineering teach by Sadhguru Isha foundation. Shambhavi Mahamudra is awesome. You have to give only 21 minute in a day. You will blast with peace try it.
@@sanjoychhetri984 it’s indeed a good solution, especially for us millennials, how want to have it all and don’t have time for anything at the end. I love Sadhuru’s lectures but I’ve practiced only his 15-min meditation. Could you provide us with a link to this 21 day course please?
Can you do a video specifically releasing the gluteus minimus? Mine has been severely inflamed from an omt session since mid October but nothing seems to calm it down. Pt, acupuncture, more omt, massage therapy etc... All just for the MRI to show it's highly inflamed. I need to calm it while simultaneously building it appropriately.
yes! I can do it, I have some upcoming video for this topic 🙂

How much money did you pay? ❤
mmm I don’t remember how much I donated 😬 maybe smth like equivalent to 10$/day, it’s hard to remember as I made a donation in Thai Baht.
Glad you liked it 😊
