My Favorite Scoliosis Exercises: Yoga for Back Pain

These are my favorite scoliosis exercises that really help to overcome back pain. I am myself struggle with light scoliosis and this is my way to fix it, and to overcome the tearing feelings in my back's muscles it brings me.
Just a short practice of 20 min/day can make a big difference. Remember to be consistent, it's better to exercise 10-15 min every day than 1h/week.
