Hi, I'm Liz and I run this Camping Guidance channel. I've been camping and involved in outdoors clubs since I was 13 (so more than a decade now!) and wanted to share my hobby and love of camping and all the gear you might need.
P.S. I used to wear a mask in all my videos because I was camera-shy when I first started this channel, but I'm trying my best to move away from it now :) Thanks for your understanding!

Easily the best fan of this size I've ever bought. I left it on all night inside car camping on high!
Thank you for an easy to follow video
Isn’t it supposed to be have a small spring beneath the bottom basket and the spout?
Absolutely fantastic comparison video! So methodical. I’d subscribe and watch all of your reviews/comparisons.
Lov liz she's the best
I’ve just ordered this based on your review. Thank you. Can I ask what size paper filter would be best for this model.
excellent review !
Great Review 👌👍 Thank you!😊
Dear Liz! You video is so comprehensive and awesome! You are the best! Quick question: If for the quechua tents, I was to simply never connect the yellow and red inner buckles when I store them, would it be possible to open throw the quechua tents as easy as the coleman tents? I really love the simple throw open :D
Glad I found your channel!!
I saw people complaining about the dark room coating flaking off and the fabric turns transparent.
Great video. I am short, so I am thinking I might need a small stool or mini stepladder to set up mine.
The flashing light phenomenon is due to how the LEDs put out light. This is a main difference between LED lights intended for film and photography (or sunlight) versus utility lights. Great video
I really appreciate all the work you put into this test. Ive never seen anyone else do it like this. I just received two Claymore v600s for a large tent. My plan is to be able to make them more personal for the people in the tent. The Geek Aire looks pretty interesting too.
What in the world are you wearing a mask for? Outside. Alone. If you tried to wear that on an asbestos remediation job you would be fired. A virus is so much smaller than particles of asbestos. Don't you people know how to think at all?
where r u? and those tent for sale? assuming u not using em ah?
Thx, just was wondering here how to remove the fan hood
Best review I’ve ever seen of anything. And I watch reviews for everything I buy. Easy sub.
wow awesome product and I really appreciated the hard work you put on to make such quality video.
Seems like a nice light for hanging up high to light an area, but then you can't reach the on/off button... too bad there's no remote. I guess you could tie it to a rope and then toss it over a high limb, use the rope to lower it for turning on/off.. nice that it wan't be harmed by weather.. sad that it's a harsh 6500K color. Nice thorough review, thanks
Damn good job, it’s safe to say that this is a worst case scenario test!
Great video, helped alot!
love your vids, thanks!
Hello. I'm from Asia, too. And I've seen in some countries that they use such as naturehike and vidalido brand of tents during their camping, did you or do u have any plan of reviewing those brands mentioned especially the vidalido poon saan tent? Btw, thank you for d excellent and thorough review! 😊
Just picked up a Sofirn LT1S, I hope it goes well. I know the GoalZero did some big winning on GearLab, but this review is so much more thorough. The lantern world is a mess right now, somebody could really jump in here with a truly great product. I'm still banking on somebody to come out with the perfect "Outdoor iPhone" emergency FM AM SW NOAA radio / flashlight / lantern / SOS strobe / siren / solar / crank dynamo / usb-c / 21700 battery / power bank / Bluetooth speaker / air compressor / jump starter...with an antenna port and external solar panel ports. It's probably too much to ask XD.
Amazing video. Thank you for taking the time to do this. It was really helpful..
Damn, I'm so glad I found your channel
Fantastic job. This saved me hours of research
These are great I've got the older model that only charges with solar super light weight and dependable had mine for ten years and many backpacking trips
I’ve had one of these I regret buying it
Always season a new coffee pot.
Far and away the best, most comprehensive, and useful reviews of tents I've seen on KZread. Well done, thanks.
What the length of the tent when it’s packed in the bag?
Tell us you work for NASA without telling us you work for NASA. Wow!!! ❤ I’ve seen some reviews, but your reviews set the bar.
The best tent review video on KZread to date! Keep up the awesome work, thank you!👍👍
Your fantastic!!! I love you video so detailed and entertaining.
Looks nice! Too bad it uses Micro-USB to recharge instead of a more durable USB-C port. Hopefully the 7-year warranty covers damaged Micro-USB ports.
Thank you! Your content is so helpful! The best channel on this topic.
Have you tried any of the inflateable tents? (no poles). We've got one and love it.
Thanks Liz. When I'm camping I usually fight heat by just sweating and dying but I think I'll consider a little fan next time.
I absolutely love how you presented this review!!!!!!
Why do you have a mask on outside?
Great video as usual! ❤
That's one amazing "battery" of tests (pun intended) you've put those fans through 😅The max airflow distance and recommended tent size are really helpful metrics, so thumbs up for that. I think the Nitecore make the most sense, even though it didn't survive the durability test. The brand's available everywhere and it's compact and light enough to fit in one of my motorbike panniers or backpack. The lantern is a great feature when cooking outside in the dark. Thanks again for these tests, cheers.
👍🏼
The streamlight using removable/rechargeable 18650 battery is my favorite. Looks like this lantern has copied the streamlight. How much is it?
Iv just bought this perculator and haven't yet used it.. but I appreciate your advice here that 3 cups of water makes perfect coffee in this perculator 👍. I'll always remember that now.. so thanks 👍. And maybe 2 tablespoons of coffee would be ideal? 🤷
This is excellent. I ended up getting a USB ceiling fan with detachable blades for my Wawona 6 a few weeks ago. Still waiting til the next end of July to use it, but testing went well. If it doesn't go too well, I'll be back 😁
Amazingly comprehensive review. I would love to see your typical set up to help provide guidance for newbies
Have you done a heater review?
