These are great I've got the older model that only charges with solar super light weight and dependable had mine for ten years and many backpacking trips

I've got one of those too! Now testing them out thoroughly before I get the reviews out in a few months. 🥰

Seems like a nice light for hanging up high to light an area, but then you can't reach the on/off button... too bad there's no remote. I guess you could tie it to a rope and then toss it over a high limb, use the rope to lower it for turning on/off.. nice that it wan't be harmed by weather.. sad that it's a harsh 6500K color. Nice thorough review, thanks

Thank you for the input! Ah, I haven't used any lanterns with a remote yet, but I should think about that next time! 🥰 the rope actually sounds quite neat haha

@@CampingGuidance the strap ripped fast and the the place where you inflate it got a hole within 2 months I used glue to fix it but I shouldn’t have to

@@Clos-yk7hg Oh man. So sorry to hear that. I've had issues with the strap too, but no holes so far. If it's still within the 1-year warranty, I think you should be able to get it replaced!
