I left Sweden some years ago and the thing i miss the most, are the big, old and wild forests. Where I live now, you can only see plantations... I really hope I will be able to return soon 🌿

A heartfelt welcome to you and your whole family ! 🤗 PS : if you miss the forest, many of them are accessible by RER or Transilien, only 45 to 60 minutes away from the city center : Marly, Meudon, Rambouillet, Vallée de Chevreuse, Fontainebleau ... Of course, they are not as wild as they could be in Sweden, but it still is a breath of fresh air ! 🍃

Most big cities are full of problems. Even small towns in Sweden are crazy these days. But there are interesting and nice things here too.
I hope you and your family are going to have a wonderful time in Paris. It really must be soo different from having a vacation in such a big city to actually live there 🤭 I'm sad, that book 3 is not going to be translated to english for now, but I can understand the reasons. I've read the first book a year ago and I'm ordering the second today, 'cause I'm finally finishing the Acotar series so there is place for a new book! Seems like I have to switch from learning norwegian to learning swedish.😄 I wish you all the best!

The first book really was very slow in the beginning, but I think, it was ok for a first book. The second was great and I think you will enjoy the third book very much, it was so crazy and good. I usually read very slow but the last 300 pages were done in just one day, I couldn't lay it down! And now I'm half way through book 5 and it also is so so good, maybe it will even beat book 3 🤭

Wonderful transformation of your space. I like the placement of most of your items, but the room still needs a few tweeks. I would hang your beautiful jewel of a geode art above the hand restored dresser instead of on the easel. The easel has wrong angle to display successfully. Your alter ego photo i think would look stunning over the sofa.i know you e joy the new and pristine look of the room and the wonderful & eclectic items you have gathered, but don't you need a storyboard or timeline board? Pergaps a shallow cabinet with bifold doors that hide a piece of functionality. Supurb for writing.❤ But where are your art supplies now , and where will you paint?😢

But since I made this room I came up with a million ideas so I am planning to change it even more in two years or so. I did not like the white book shelf after a while. I put all my art supplies at work. I am hoping to renovate another room to be my studio later on. 😊

It was so interesting to hear you telling this, as I have had many a similar experience, both on my own property, in the nature reserve behind us, and other places. But a word of warning, if your intuition tells you to leave, best leave. It may be something more like an axe murderer, or some ar*se with their pot plantation, than Ghosts/forest spirits, or the trees. (some trees do talk, but that's a whole other thing) Places can have long histories, very much so here where I live - Australia - Aboriginal culture extending back beyond 65, 000 years. One place that spooked me up pretty bad (and my old mare, who would fence walk the whole time she was there!) some 20 years later we found out it was part of a Bora ground, a ceremonial area, and most likely the men's part of the area!
😱 Things like that are so scary. If the animals react you know something weird is going on. I would love to hear the full story of your experience. I love scary stories! =)
