Hi Eagerfit. Do you have more of these types of core workouts? It would be so great to have a few to cycle through every month or so, as the body adjusts to be able to swap to another.
Can someone please tell me why my hips sometimws hurt doing the exercise at 7:49? They dont always hurt so i dont know what im doing wrong.

Heyo! Loved this workout - it burned! I just want to comment that the music in the first half didn’t match the activity. It was more of a ‘thinking about my ex’ vibe than a kill my core experience. Threw me off a little.. got through the burn though!
