    Hi Eagerfit. Do you have more of these types of core workouts? It would be so great to have a few to cycle through every month or so, as the body adjusts to be able to swap to another.

    Heyo! Loved this workout - it burned! I just want to comment that the music in the first half didn’t match the activity. It was more of a ‘thinking about my ex’ vibe than a kill my core experience. Threw me off a little.. got through the burn though!

    This one was particularly lovely and fun!! I love how you talk us through everything, with minimal or no music! I turn the music all the way down and don’t get as good of a workout when the instructor doesn’t explain things like you do. Thank you so much!!
