    Serious amount of shake! I love how every little muscle in my body gets sore and this slow speed is my absolute favourite way to workout🙌🏻✨

    that was a lower body kill but then again, all over body! just what i like and i love a good 45-60 min session. the pace you perform at is great for me as i can get the movement technique correctly. send more pleas!

    First time doing one of your videos and loved it! You are a great instructor with great choreography. Just one thing and please don’t take this as negativity or criticism but if there was one thing I could change it would be more stretching! Your series are so killer and really bring on the shakes that I would have to pause the video to stretch those muscles out before moving into the next body part we were working 😆 thanks for your work and providing your talents to this community!
