Codie Sanchez

Codie Sanchez

I talk about making money and getting free in ways school never taught you... but should have.

Hi - I’m Codie, I own Contrarian Capital a portfolio of “boring” businesses that do millions. I spent a decade on Wall Street and in private equity, investing millions of dollars until I got burned out. I wanted to touch real businesses while making income not tied to 60 hour weeks. That’s where this all started.

I share secrets in money making and business building and stories of those who didn’t want to do it the 9 to 5 way, and so did it THEIR way.

Follow along, it’s not nearly as hard as they want us to believe. Oh, and we ain’t afraid to get our hands dirty along the way 😉

Warren Buffett debucked this video 😂😂. He said Berkshire paid 24% tax rate this year and if other top corporations did that, NOT a single individual in USA has to pay taxes. Income, social security, nothing. Fairly taxing rich/corporations can achieve a huge change. 😢😢

YES, you gave me Hope. I started my life with lots of autoimmune thyroid issues. I also had trauma from a boyscout at age 8. This caused mind to dig it deep until age 29 while starting my first job. It destroyed everything. I had to focus on the emotional, mental, physical issues. I started as a electronic tech in the 80s. Then had to learn computer and technology. I felt always behind because I could not focus. My worth was very low. Still stuck being a young person, teenager, and then a 30 something man/ boy. Sadly, everyone was going on their career path, being in relationships, and looking happy 😊. I felt stuck. Luckily, I focused on health, wellness, mindset, personal growth, success strategies, Tony Robbins, and many more successful people. Today, Dr Joe dispenza's, dr. Daniel Amen and many more is helping me with brain, and shifting mindset. I have a 4 year degree in technical management. I have over 10 years of product development background, I have experienced myself using meditation and visualization to see how to improve or create new products and services. I had to dig ideas deep into a box with lock because both parents got sick in 2018. I focused in all areas while taking care of my home too. Then, COVID came and took them both within a week 2021. I then had to focus on being the executor. Still have estate open. I'm struggling with my energy, focus, doing mindset steps to reverse beliefs and more. I have tried to get a job since last year but no callbacks. 😟. I have been laid off over 16 times in Orlando FL. I was not advised to take my creativity into areas that are safe like health care, food, utilities etc. So every time something happens. I would get let go. I'm 61. Don't trust jobs. I have no $ in acct. My partner has social security and she keeps lights on. I'm so ashamed that I am having these challenges when I'm filled with abundance of knowledge, skills, creative ideas and resources. I have been able to solve, design then complete many home improvements issues like .. replace all pipes in house. I'm connected to inventor group, PM group and more. So right now, this video gives me hope that I can open up idea box then find ways to prosper while healing. Yes, I will do talks soon. Take care. ☮️🙏

Transforming expertise into equity is a game-changer, and the concept of 'never trading time for money again' truly sets the foundation for lasting wealth. It’s a strategy that can significantly amplify financial growth if one continuously hones their unique skills and aligns them with the right opportunities. 👌

Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking the bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part.

Fear can act as a significant obstacle, hindering us from taking risks needed for success. Often, we overlook the effort behind achievements, focusing solely on the end result. Acknowledging this reality helps us value the journey and understand that success demands perseverance, patience, and courage. By confronting our fears, we empower ourselves to take bold steps toward our goals

Indeed, financial success is rarely an overnight occurrence. Partnering with a financial adviser provided guidance, motivation, and clarity, enabling me to navigate complexities, make informed decisions, and achieve long-term financial success with peace of mind.

I think it is both, I think the government need to spend less, then also the rich needs to be taxed,.like if you make over a let's say 5 to 10 million 8 feel like they should make it that at least 1 million out of that has to be taxed at what ever tax bracket you are in

You wouldn’t tax the rich to fund everything. It would help fund some programs. It actually is just a net benefit to get that money out of being consolidated with a few people and back into the economy.

This question means you didn't understand what she has been telling all this time, start from the very beginning, she is the face of her companies, she is using her social media presence to promote her businesses including but not limited to the contrarian which is creating the business frameworks, mentorships and selling these. She herself is a product she is selling and we are the end customers, you need to understand this as a concept.

So I did a very similar thing last year, started up a trash route. But I started with less then 100 dollars invested, a year later we are 505 cans out, 3 employees. And 1 20 yard semi truck. We are building a custom apt specifically for our trash business. I run about 4 other businesses at the same time. All of those were ground up start ups I started with no money, no financing, no credit and no help or any idea what I was doing. Here is a generic youtube video I have for this business, I have a few dozen videos on growing this business. kzread.info/dash/bejne/YoGsmtFpZMW1m8Y.htmlsi=484jMohY6xqo8pLH

What I would do is weld on some support structures to the top of the container and then attach metal support beams and structuring. Lastly attach the metal amish style roofing on a slant to one side with a small slant on the other side with a short guttered over-hang.

Great video however...... I hate to sound skeptical but my first question at the start of the video was how much was the truck to buy. He says $35K and he has zero mechanical experience and didn't have insider contacts in the trash/diesel industry. My quick internet search found a 2008 condor for....$60K. I find it really really hard to believe most people are going to find a $200K truck in good condition for $35K. He got super lucky with that buy and hopefully his luck continues. We all would like to find a used $30k car on sale for $5K that we can flip or just drive for the next 10 years with no issues. But that doesn't happen for most of us. I think he is also very lucky that he (or his drivers) doesn't need a CDL. The internet says that's a class 8 truck with a gvwr of 60,000 lbs.

We can't have everybody being rich. It sounds good but we saw what happens when everybody gets a little bit extra. The economy gets super heated, inflation goes through the roof, and interest rates follow. I could be wrong about that but that's what i saw.

14:19 I've yet to see anyone making a video get a "demand curve" (or similar XY graph) correct. They seemingly never remember that they are standing on "the other side of the glass", so their movement in a positive direction along the X-axis is actually moving in a negative direction from the viewer's perspective. 🤭 That it, it's like standing on one side of a window and writing on it. What looks normal to you will appear to be a mirror image to anyone on the other side of the glass. Rookie mistake.
