I am not business-oriented but I'm retired and I've been following your videos and I just think that THIS video is brilliant P.R. for you. To be honest, this is a side of you I did not expect. Not a softer side. A human side. To be clear, you are "Assertive", to put it mild. But you are smart and your business is not being alone and remote but you deal with humans and in this video I watched you, primarily, be patient with your interviews. You let them talk. You know way more than these people but you let them talk. It was inspiring to see that you are not a "machine" but very human. Thanks

2 things about vending machines. You put in your money and you get your food. If you have an item that's a hot seller put more in. Don't wait and hope people will buy the things that aren't selling. Warren Buffett asked a store owner for all the old bottle caps from his fridge. 1/2 were coke. 6 different soft drinks. Then he knew what to sell

I watched quiet a few of your videos, but this type of video, which I call a "business problem case study", is by far the most useful and insightful into many different problematics a business owners might face. I learned so much more with this particular video. Bravo. I am sure those business owners will turn things around because of you and many more will follow your advices. Best wishes for 2024.

I love this content! Is there a way to apply this for Business to Business development projects? We just realized that our self Development idea is best suited for business buyouts. It improves employee morale, and it helps improve all of the processes in the company. Finally, it becomes easier for the new owner to understand the company he just purchased. The hard part is to find these groups of new business owners.

I’m a little late but for the cleaning Company: as you’re growing clients: Colleges and other small businesses with multiple locations such as fitness centers, banks, small Colleges or trades school’s etc and why not ask your family and friends for 3-5 references( businesses they know, own or frequent & give incentives for all referrals & reviews) -also as a thought to grow & or as you get more employees as a business growing idea: consider doing home cleaning but only do the home cleaning & promotion ls to only the businesses you already clean (So only offer home cleaning to the business you currently have/no new clients unless you want to offer to all of course! Hi Codie! How you doing? I was watching your video and I think the woman with the cleaning company could watch the other two cleaning companies and what stuff they do so well they have such good reviews, copy their secret sauce and add some spices of hers as well to position herself in a better place. As far as the employee problem, we are friends of people that watch the world as we see it, I think she needs passion for her business so as to hire people they feel identified and not they are just for the pay and watching the clock ticking. Passion is something that you get by getting up of from your chair just because you love so much what you do that is worth it, almost like an obsession. Perhaps she can work on that, or add something that starts that feeling on her. Bye! Thank you so much for your content.

Dig deeper into her materials over the last 2-3 years and she answers that question. Subscribe to her newsletters and she answers. She’s the real deal. It’s all there to be learned bec she puts it all out there. All you need is time and determination to keep learning and taking even just baby steps is a fine way to start. Stick with her various platforms, just dive in and immerse yourself. You’ll see I’m correct that answers are already there for you and others! I started out knowing zero about business. I mean I was even anti-business I guess you could say. But the longer I immersed myself in brain in listening and seeing what’s possible, the more I understood and eventually after two years I invested in a business and it’s such fun, an absolute blast to see myself have an effect on my experience of how my life appears to me, that I’m hooked. I’m on the train now. You can do it too!
