Somehow you triggered my inner evolutionary psychology genes: Fear of missing out --when I saw that new thumbnail face... I immediately clicked like there was no tomorrow. Wow I wish I would have seen this two years ago. I became so miserable, anxious and depressed when my business hit $500k in a year and ended up regressing. I wanted to burn it all down and I thought there was something seriously wrong with me. Glad to see it’s actually kind of common. On the bright side, I redesigned my entire career and life to be more intentional and work smart instead of hard.

i dont know how many videos and notes i have watched and written in the past week but I have tried to do many of the things you have suggested doing like seller finance and also looking at businesses in my area and my area sucks. I got off the phone with a broker this afternoon in upstate NY about a laundry-mat that someone is selling and they just want me to get pre-approved before they want to show the building. They kept talking and kept saying i need this or that. I really bombed that conversation.

I am fairly new to the channel and of course learning more and to access this information to progress better, more importantly become independent. Please if you can do a update version of what books to read that will help get financial independent as a woman in her late 20s. I fell like all these youngin are getting everything.

Ikigai sounds great, but I still haven't gotten around to getting paid to do what I like. I've been working in multiple fields for 25 years, and still haven't figured it out. It's nice to have equity and be maxing out my ROTH IRA - but that seems to be all I can do at this point. Still keeping my eyes open for opportunities... but man, does it seem hard to actually find them.

The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens,and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance.

I've learned a lot from you since I first came across your videos (Thank you)...and learned a lot from this video as well....but this line just didn't feel right - "If you want to be happy, surround yourself with people that are less successful than you"....why not "surround yourself with people that are just AS successful as you" instead?

@@Seraph3369 selling a dream is easy, but working towards a dream takes real work and time. You can’t do that making minimum wage. I work 2 jobs and do school in accounting. Dreams take work and sacrifices.
