Im also first generation American from immigrant parents & I own a small business and am the “work horse” of it for past 18 years in my neighborhood. Although I own my condo, I too feel the concern and have observed the dwindling down of our community taking more ownership. I’m still unsure of what it will take to scale up, but I’m seeking for guidance and your channel is music to my ears. Thank you again!

Since Biden took office, there seem to have been more unfavorable results in America. I am really worried about the current bank crisis/interest rates, these are all the signs of yet another 2008 market crash 2.0 , so my question is do I still save in USD or is this a good time to buy gold?

It’s always a good investment to keep some gold. Well with the current market situation and everything at stake with the present economy, I’d say you’re better off staying away from stocks fr awhile or better still reach out to an adviser for guidance.

True, a lot of folks underv alue the importance of asset managers until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $550k so far.

Please don't give up the whole small business thing. it's what we love aout you. I don't want a USA with all big box stores, and McDonald signs. We need you to keep doing the small business thing.

1. Feel good about money - leads to taking action 2. Walk with sucessful people because unsuccessful people will pull you down. 3. Speak work smarter not harder. Skin in the game: Buy Boring Buisinesses that make money. Recession proof. Raise prices, most small buisinesses are underpriced by 3X, add technology. Earn, Learn and Invest instead of trying to invest, learn and earn. 4. master: Rich people speak in legally binding contracts related to ownership. How can I get this done? Quickly? How can I scale this? Go big or go home.

In other content, she actually covers this question. She makes more money building businesses. Her mission with creating content is to turn the average American into a business owner, so the large corporations don't take over. She's 1st gen American and says many, many times that this was a country of owners, turning into a country of renters and workers.

If you don’t get your mind right then your money is affected. I think of a mindset to include mental health and seeing a therapist esp. if someone’s relationship with money does cause them to go into the fetal position 🤗

Start with SOMETHING. putting some action will bring you more clarity. It’s easy to stay in our heads, but we need to constantly check in with reality to advance. I have a small business and while I’m an expert in my field, I’ll tell you this : the lessons you’ll learn from making a business are unique. Go for it. Slowly or all in, you get to choose.

Cut bait and start fresh. I am in the same boat. It’s really just me, my wife and kids….that’s it. Most people I know don’t have the ambition to take risks to be wealthy. My parents were no better and held me back as well.

I'm from South Africa and that TV per Slum stat is soooo true...I always wonder how people can spend so much on premium TV shows when they are struggling to buy bread.

This is brilliant as most of your work is, but… What if we actually drew that as a triangle. Where feeling what is the base (like foundational) and the next level would be walking and speaking the mastery at the top of the triangle 🦄🤷‍♂️

Work smarter not harder. Better approach. Work your ass off in an very intelligent way.

Codie, I could not agree more about having "skin in the game". I think the same about paying taxes. If everyone contributed something, then more people would care about the govt being good stewards of OUR money. A lot of the nonsense would stop or be scrutinized carefully.
