    I have two and they are not good. The one had a few problems and the gps showed it an hour from were it was and in Africa. They replaced that one but still not working 100% and doesn't charge at all even tho its on the edgeof a farm feild and gets light all day. The other one lost signal and died two weeks ago. I just put the replacement camera up and it was good for an hour well I was driving home. It then sent 40 pics of nothing and is unresponsive. The cameras are about 2 hour drive one way and I have spent more in gas driving back and forth every weekend for almost two months then the camera originally costs. Unfortunately they can't help you with any problems unless your at the camera.

    I have a LM2 in an area without coverage. Is there any way to completely disable transfers to prevent the camera from draining the batteries?

    Hello Martin, to disable the transmission of your camera, you will need to go on your app and switch off the cellular option, if you are facing any issues with your camera signal kindly try the following recommendations: Check if the antenna is screwed properly. Turn the camera OFF, move around, and turn it back ON. Avoid valleys and bottoms. Find a sparse area, and avoid areas with dense foliage. Avoid large metal/concrete buildings.     bought 2 Flex G36 last year...Had problems.Bought a Muddy Matrix......No issues with the Matrix.....Set them both up this week outside the shelter. Spypoint had trouble connecting with 50% service on AT&T and no problems with the Matrix with 4 bars of service at the same location. Spypoint tech support were telling me to get the $40 antenna to get better service. Never a spypoint product ever again

    Photos are taken with nothing on them except grass and shadows - they are then counted as delivered and of course the 100 available are quickly gone for nothing. Rip-off!! ☹️☹️☹️

    Hi! We'd like to help you with the camera issue. If the camera has a false trigger issue, it could be because of a bad installation. Sun rays moving on the ground may cause false triggers. When the sun reflects on surfaces or some objects (grass, branches, leaves, windows, cars), it might trigger the camera if it’s in the detection zone because of the heat motion or if there is something on the Fresnel Lens (motion detector). I would suggest trying to change the camera orientation. If issues still persist, please send us a private message so we can investigate further.

    Hello, we acknowledge your point of view and suggestions regarding the HD photos and videos. Originally, all photos taken by our cameras were in HD quality, and those were saved on the SD card. Before the camera transmits it to the Spypoint app, it will be converted to lower quality for faster transmission and won't occupy too much space on your SD card. HD video and HD photo plans are optional; if you don't want to pay for these plans, you can view those HD-quality photos by inserting the SD card into the computer.     Hello. That's all well and good, but - no live view possible. HD videos and photos should definitely be available from the app and free of charge. And not just when you put the card in the PC. That's cumbersome, impractical and medieval. All the others offer free photos and videos and unlimited. 100 free SD photos are used up in 3 days if I only get photos of grass and shadows. Of the 15 photos sent to me in two days, there were no animals in them - just grass and shadows. What a shame about the money I've spent so far. For the camera and the subscription and the HD photos. 😔😔😔

    The fact that you have to pay for HD photos and videos is a complete rip-off! ☹️ Shame on you. Other camera manufacturers make much better cameras and 24 MP photos and 4k videos are free. Your cameras don't even have a live view to check whether the chosen location is good. An update with free HD photos and videos is absolutely necessary here - otherwise customers will gradually jump ship and switch to the competition.

    What exactly is this camera doing with the SIM card? I hear that they say that the SIM card is already inserted and it will find the best operator by itself. Will I need to pay a monthly subscription fee to use this camera?

    Hello Andrew, We highly suggest placing a compatible SD card before activating or turning your camera on, however, to answer your question, our cellular cameras will communicate and will send an error message if an SD card isn't detected or compatible.     Battery will not stay charged even when facing sun all day. This is the second camera with the same problem. Spend your money on something more reliable. I also agree customer service has a real problem.

    Very good question Martin! Do you mean like a strip on the right side of the night photo? If so, you can try to long format the memory card or use a brand new one (make sure that it follows the required specification of between 2-32 GB, class 10), and manually update the firmware.     Hello, to answer your question, no, it's not possible because if you purchase a Canadian model, it will only be compatible with Canadian cellular networks such as Bell/Telus, Rogers, etc. and if you purchase a model of the USA it will only be compatible with cellular networks in the USA such as Verizon, ATT, Nationwide, etc.

    I bought two Flex cameras. One lasted only a season before it stopped working. Customer support is worthless. I couldnt get through on the phone and the Chat function took 20 minutes just to hear that Spypoint was sorry for any inconvenience. I'll be switching to some other brand.

    Why do spypoint cameras require an SD card if they are sending pictures to my phone? I have cameras on public land that the SD cards have been removed and now someone else knows what I am pursuing. I just thought it might be good to have that option. Thanks.

    Hi there, It is required for the camera to have a microSD card attached to it (cellular trail cameras). Photos will be stored on the card, and they will be transmitted directly to your mobile application. There is a possibility that the photos taken by the camera will not be transmitted due to a low signal, a low battery status, or that the photo plan is exhausted. That way, you can still check the photos on the microSD card. Some cameras do not transmit photos (non-cellular trail cameras), so the photos will be stored on a microSD card.

    I have the same problem with two of my spy point cameras and the customer service is a joke. Called give times and they keep doing the same thing to try and get the cameras to work.

    I just threw 3 cameras out the truck window. They are nothing but trash and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Once the warranty is over the camera will quit working guaranteed and your shat out of luck. Spypoint can kiss my rump and choke on it.

    Would not work. did not update on its on. Called support. told that I needed to update camera through sd card. Sent me a long list of items/stages/steps to go through. After 30 minutes gave up. Sent camera back. did not want a problem but a solution. Not a computer giant and certainly not wanted to follow 30-35 step 2 stage tutorial of steps I had to take!!!

    Badass. Bumped into one and had a dude skidding up and came running at me. Lol false alarm.. but very effective for security. SAID"' it was a bargain. Might be because he didnt know at the time if i was gonna steal it. If its the price he said. Sold ! All day long. 😊
