Love your 30 minute CHAIR workouts, however,I find myself looking atf another 15 minute abs workout. Having trouble recovering from my foot surgery from 10 months ago. Your aerobics or walking sessions are too difficult and cause a lot of pain. Would love to see 45 minute workout sessions? Hope that is possible. Thank you, have lot a few pounds and inches in a short period of time. I am almost 75 and still kicking it!

You should feel the stretch in your hamstrings and calves. Touch as low as you can, and try to stretch further each day
