I absolutely agree. Most people want bezels as thin as possible with the display reaching right to the top and bottom of the phone. But if that means my thumb can't reach the top of the screen I'm not interested.

Pico connect has now had an update, which is really a big step forward. especially if you connect Pico via USB to the comp, standalone I don't know, I never use it.

Higher resolution 4k . The ability to remap a button to program distance or level. A Bluetooth remote to start and stop recording or cancel flight. Basic Object tracking - sometimes I don’t want to be in the video.

Yeah, for me it is just ever so slightly too small. I still love it though. The only thing that could tempt me away from it would be if the jelly max is everything we are hoping for in terms of size.

ive just ordered the pico 4 and saw an offer for the quest 3 after that. I could get it for a little less then the pico, but after watching this video I will not cancel my order to get the quest 3 :D

Hey I bought 2015 year sj5000 camera around 10 dollars in 2024. That was the best. 9 years old camera has all inside genuinely including HD output. 2023 camera H9 is also good. I compared two of them, actually H9 is like in this video however it is better at another point of view. Just saying after having so much fun.

It actually charges really quickly. It'll go from 10% to 50% in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Here's an easy way to decide if you want a Pico 4 or a Quest 3: try to buy anything on Pico's terrible website. Seriously. I'll hand you $8.73 TRILLION dollars* if you can figure out how to buy _anything_ on their site. Pico, I don't want "more information" on your product, I wanted to buy it. At least I _did_ want to buy it, now, not so much. It boggles my mind that they got this so wrong. Like company crushing wrong. It's website sales 101: have a call to action that makes a sale. WTF Pico? You don't even have a store for your products? So, yeah, Pico has no support for their products and the only people you can buy them from are shady online scammers. I hope you're right, I've been struggling to find more info on this. I was contemplating a jelly star as my next phone but I am now definitely waiting for this. Please oh please let it be priced right & have 256 or greater HDD & over 8gb of ram with a chip set that will make normal web browsing and phone use super snappy. I'm not bothered about game performance, I just want it to rake day to day tasks in its stride.

The top speed is 20 miles per hour. That is 32 kilometres per hour. In some European countries the speed is restricted to much less.

I agree with @blacksmith0117. I felt it was a little sneaky and wrong for Unihertz to ask for people to kick start for a Jelly Max little to no information. I would say no information on it on your page. It doesn't want 40% off of something the size of a jelly with advancements we had all asked for? That's exactly what I thought it was going to be. But they gave no information on it. And again, I am so glad I came here because I would have been so disappointed even at 40% off to receive something size it is being suggested that it is. Thanks, but no thanks Unihertz. Waiting and hoping that you upgrade to what people want I've been asking for on a true Jelly phone. As in the jelly bones are known to be credit card sized. I like my Jelly Star size. So I'm out. Thanks for the info. Little to no information on their website on the size. Jelly Star is my go to. I love it's size. The keyboard works fine for me. I also use voice texting sometimes by hitting the microphone on the keyboard. Then it just listens to me and types what I say. I mainly use that because it's faster. The voice, texting that is. Not because the keyboard doesn't work. It works fine for me. I hope they don't stop making this size phone. I would be heartbroken. 💔

Finally my dream phone? I was long time searching for mid sized phone for one hand use. Something around 12cm height. But, Unihertz is bad with updates, and there's no Lineage OS port avaibale for it.

you forgot to mention how you literally can see the pixels with naked eyes on the quest 3. will be a total waste to watch a mega blockbuster movie on the quest 3, for shows is acceptable but definitely not for movies. for this reason I have returned them

Just got my Jelly Star two days ago, then saw this announcement. Safe to say I still made the right choice! I want a small phone not just "smaller". Loving my Star so far, and will probably grab this in a few years when it's my Star's time to go.

I've had my Jelly Star for 6 months now and it's just such a great phone! I'm excited for the Max but the Star is so adorable that people are constantly asking me about it in public. It turns out a lot of people are interested in tiny phones, I'm practically a brand ambassador at this point!

Pass-through dropping to 3fps and becoming severely distorted when offline is unlikely to be a feature that was designed intentionally. What purpose could that serve? If it's not a feature, it's a bug.

You have much more options, in fact: - Qin 3 Ultra. This one is just a bit bigger than iPhone 5S and as powerful as Jelly Star. However, it is still thin (just 1 mm thicker than 5S) and it's battery life is good. The problem there is software, you will need to check forums in order not to break phone during initial setup and get Google Play working there. - Balmuda Phone. A beatuful phone by a japanese company, which is wider, but not longer than iPhone 5S. It has great hardware (better than Jelly Star) and is very comfortable in hand. It was launched in 2021 as a "premium" device, but now has a fair price. - Light Phone III. This one is now in pre-order and will only be shipped next year, so not so many is known yet. But it is very stylish and powerful, and battery life should not be a problem there. The problems are price (it is very expensive) and very strange software. You need jailbreak just to get WhatsApp. - Qin K23s. It will be released soon with a 3.5" 16:9 display, the exactly same as in iPhone 4. It also gets really weird design and probably the same software issues as Qin 3 Ultra. The performance is expected to be worse than Jelly Star's but better than Palm's. - Soyes phones. They probably are as bad as Palm Phone in terms of hardware and as bad as Unihertz in terms of build, but they are dirt-cheap (less than $50 for most of the models), so they may be an option. - A flip Android phone, maybe? Devices like Motorola Razr 40 Ultra (Razr+ in the US) have usable external displays, and generally similar to iPhone 5S in size when folded (but rectangular). You may open them only to watch KZread or do some other not-on-the-go staff.

That image seems to be merely illustrative, and not necessarily to scale, but an approximation. From that, i'm willing to bet the screen size is 5 inches, in what looks to be the golden ratio of 18:9, which with minimal bezels, if i postulate a correlation to the screen size, its about 3mm on the sides, maybe 4mm up top, and what looks to be 5mm in the chin. With that, my take on the size would be an approximate 12.5cm in height, and 63mm in width.
