I bought the AcePro but after just a few days it developed a fault. Battery took 3.5 hours to charge and then depleted quickly. I saw others on Reddit had same issue. I contacted their support but they took weeks to respond. In the meantime I returned it. I accept I may have just been unlucky but I have no confidence it would not occur again. A pity.

Hi I hope you can talk about transferring files from camera to PC/Phone without using the insta360 quick reader. Why is there a need for the quick reader? Can it transfer files to phone using USB-C/lightning cable? Does it need a special USB-C cable from insta360? Because with insta 360X2, it does not work with other USB-C cables without getting from insta360. Does it really have an AI chip or image processing is just different? Does it have the same chip as the DJI osmo action4, but did DJI choose not to enable 8K? How much is the AI warp function is going to be? It seems its only limited use There seems to be a focus distance issue, is that now resolved? Can you only buy insta360 care within 3 days of activating the camera? Forced registration before of the camera before usage? Enjoyed your reviews!

No need for quick reader. Standard usb-c cable in the box, any cable like that works as long as it's a data cable.

What did you mean by the lens is secretly removable? Can you change the lens?

How's the audio? Can mics be paired/connected?

Yes there is an adapter that will let you plug in a lav mic.
