I felt dizzy, but not in a bad way. Since 2015, I've experienced more separate traumas than any human should. Like I would start to get okay, and then something else happened. And these were BIG T traumatic events. I'll do anything to release it at this point. I clearly had my protection up when I did this exercise, so going slowly is the takeaway for me.
Hello and blessings to you. Thank you for explaining this process. I actually was just telling my daughter this morning that we need to incorporate breathing techniques into our morning. But my question is, when it comes to this style of breathing, how often should you do it when first starting out? I'm a life coach and studying to be a Forgiveness Coach. I think thus will really be a great help to my clients.

Woah on the breath into the nose and hold, I got like suuuper dizzy. It was trippy, but is it normal for the dizziness to get like extremely intense upon holding the breath after this excersise??

My rule is…I use food to punished myself cause I have so many health issue and when dr say we can’t help. I say well I will hit me…which is my food binging. Once it start hard to get back off
