I think Barca's main question for Xavi should be where exactly is Pedri good at? Is it on the wing or midfield? Cause I remember he was a winger last season and a midfielder beside De Jong, in this. If that is sorted out, I'll accept that Xavi knows what he is doing. Then we can be thinking of signing an experienced winger that can bench Raphinha, and a distracting 9 that doesn't just wait when not supplied like Lewandowski. Roque obviously can't do that. So, there is really no debate here. If he wants to leave, he can just leave with Ferran and Felix. We need our Fati back too
Congratulation for the video! I have the same view over the entire Barcelona side. It's clear that the future is dark when we see how things are managed in this club. That's the main problem, we don't know what we want what we can do, there seems ro be no real solutiln for the future of this club. I'm pretty sure we will go on the same root as Juventus or Milan, by having bad season after bad season.

Let's not look for things deeper than we should, at least at first glance. The two main issues are the following. Xavi is not a coach at the level required at Barcelona, and second, the squad has a load of dead weight. Only after these two have been resolved, then we can take a peak at the issues that we have at board level. Xavi and this current squad wouldn't do shit under Real Madrid's board or anyone else.
Every year and every season La Masia boasts to have the next best thing out of their academy. Remove Puig and you have other players that never really made it at Uefalona.
As a Barca fan all I have to say that Barcelona are like the one guy that won the lottery but doesn’t know how to manage their money and within 10yrs they go broke. That’s barcelona and now they are paying the price literally.

We need a harsh coach who doesnt let the media,players or get pressure to him Because say you sell frenkie. Our 3 best midfielders then are gavi, gundogan and pedri. Gavi has been out for so long that we don't know how long it will take for him to get as good as he was if he even can play like that again and pedri is injury prone. We need someone who doesnt lwt the media or 1st season results effect his vision. Because Pedri needs a whole different training program. You could argue the whole barca team needs physical but untill pedri is stable and doesnt get injured every other game he needs to be benched and used as a super sub. I love the guy but right now he should focus on always being available. I mean we hear these xavi simmons,nico williams,kvaratskhelia and kimmich rumors but lets assume we dont get xavi simmons. Next season our midfield will be an injury prone player and 1 who just came from a long injury. And since its barca gundogan and fermin might pick up the most random injury midway throught the season. I love xavi and always defended him but he has to go and so does lewa. And felix is not worth the money. Neither is ferran. For me next sesson barca has to be Nico/gavi vitor/guiu raphi/yamal Xavi/gavi gundo/pedri Kimmich/christensen Balde/fort aroujo? cubarsi Kounde/Cancelo Ter Stegen? The gk and aroujo are very debatable as people can give good reasons to sell them. I personally like marc as our gk but aroujo i have multiple opinions. Not because of the red. Not at all but bec he was unproffesional when gundo our player with the best mentality called him out for it. It shows as a captain maybe hes not what barca needs. Dont get me wrong hes argueably 1 of the best defenders in the world but with barca rn we need a hungry team who will accept their mistakes and do everything for the team.. players like raphimha ,gundogan hell even Cubarsi. So for me this young team would be great with gundogan and raphinha as captains bec clearly those 2 are the only 1s who are fighting their asses off untill the end on the pitch

FdJ needs to go due to his exponential earnings. Him and Andreas could work very well as a double pivot but the lackluster and problems are in the final third hemorrhaging chances and missing goals. What this club needs to do is good decisions which they don't A great or even a good coach will use what is at his disposal to the fullest and adapt to that. Xavi has not quite adapted to it. If you see Madrid they brought Joselu for free and he's being used not all the time but at least consistently for him to have a god chemistry and also at the end possibly score goals. What does Xavi do with Roque? Nothing. Also young players treatments are becoming annoying in the club. If you have 2 players younger than 20 play the same position why not rotate them so that they don't get tired for their age but they also get experience and become happy. Only using Cubarsi is not ideal when you know you can rest him and play Faye at the same position and give him chances to get better. Also another problem is the way Xavi acts when something doesn't go according to plan he doesn't keep his composure which reflects to the players directly. the same guy who never received a red card as a plater is receiving more than 5 red cards in one season more than Sergio Ramos and that is worrying. it is not good for the team and everyone. They also really need to have a winner mentality and stop making stupid mistakes. There is so much this club needs to make to be at least a good club again. but where would we start. Xavi is trusted for everything and he's not living to the expectation.we kill our games ourselves and it's not even the opponents who are just plain better. the same defence last season that was resilient is now weak and fragile and constantly makes mistakes during games. And worse is their transfer strategy. they can cash in Garcia but noooo Xavi wants him to stay.. for what to be a backup and never play just like last season? And at the end of the year it will be the same all over again. we don't buy players at the right time and we don't sell them at the right time which is something really annoying and shameful for a big club like this. Xavi Simons could have come on a free and be sent on loan but Xavi didn't want him to be at the club. Now we're hearing Xavi wanting him for next season after he has signed a new contract. The easy answer is a new coach, even a younger cheaper coach with a point to prove. Several points you made proves this, one of which is Xavi's inability to adapt to tactical changes made by the opponents in the second halves. Even if he gets the players he wants this problem will remain. The worst part for me about all of these is that in several of his post match interviews he seems to think barca have been the better team and its all down to individual mistakes and to me this is a delusion. If a coach is unwilling to accept that his team played badly I do not see that he has any incentive to improve except to change the players who made mistakes. I mean take Girona game for example k we made mistakes but there was at least 40 minutes to remedy that, mistakes are part of the game and they happen occasional, good teams respond by pressing their opponents but that's not our team. We are simply not playing well overall forget about individual mistakes. I think if he stays on, this will be our level.
