I take all these supplements and started a very slow taper and still had withdrawal symptoms. If serotonin receptors have been pruned due to having an excess of serotonin in the synapse from extended ssri use supplements will not cause them to immediately regrow.

Yeah i think people are getting enough NO2- or NO3- and NO levels are going be effectived by antioxidant levels or polyphenol levels that act as antioxidants, which regulate NO. You would be testing for antioxidant levels, i would think. I would think high NO thats unregulated for a period of time might present as low NO as your body tries to find equilibrium

How a nominative of "non binary" at 38:10 makes any valid point of acne to be mentioned in the video? Has she developed acne as a result of being " non binary" or what?

I really enjoyed this conversation and made lots of notes. I have childhood trauma which I never thought could be related so will try and find a way to heal it. I think it’ll be a long healing journey for me as I ignored health problems for years just hoping they’d go away, but I guess my tipping point was 2020 and the realisation that we were being lied to on a global scale and that the injections were the thing to truly fear. Love to all my fellow sufferers and I hope your healing journey is short and successful 💚😘 Hyperthyroidism 😢 victim.

Love the content! I have a question, sorry for the long lead-in I'm 65 y/o man, always rather slim, even living very unhealthy. High TGs, low HDL. At 60 requested a CAC: 312, not good. Changed lifestyle : no industrial food, seedoils, sugar. Reduced carbs, proper supplements, Mg, Cr, B, D3, K2, nattō kinase, Berberine. I also used very expensive losenges to boost NO (40 mg NO2, 150 mg Mg ascorbate and a load of sugars) . Two questions, please give your opinion: 1) I have all ingredients and the knowledge to make my own electrolyte solution to provide NO: 40 mg NO2 as NaNO2, 250 mg MgAsc plus other potassium, magnesium, sodium, boron, iodine salts. Will a drink containing NO2 and MgAsc be effective? 2) is the FeNO tester useful for detection of "normal and low NO levels"? These machines, used, are for sale. Many thanks in advance for taking time to answer these questions!

@@iammaelena Thank you! During burn-out I have watched literally thousands of hours videos from scientists, doctors, chiropractors, biohackers and probably I know a lot more than my MP about health... I hate sports, but I'm walking, cured my arthritis, don't need to visit the bathroom at night anymore, eat whole food and just purchased red light/nir gear. But I just have these nitric oxide related questions and hope to get a reply, that's all 😘

Thank you for the information. I have started taking supplements to increase nitric oxides in past year. I am a 67 year old man that started exercise and weight loss August 2023 and had gastric sleeve surgery april 2024. I lost 90 lbs so far. No more blood pressure or insulin medications. I continue taking arginine supplements daily along with other supplements and walking. 4.5 miles outside daily. I believe education on this nitric oxide is a life changer especially as you age. Diet and proper exercise along with supplements as needed is a life quality changer.

Bead counting isn't humorous to those of us doing it because we can't get help from mainstream medicine. Most functional medicine doctors will not be covered by medical insurance. Who are you laughing at exactly? The current medical model, including psychiatry, has failed people like me. That sir is no laughing matter.😢

Great Video. Very Informative. I hope that this way of treating acne becomes a lot more popular because what my dermatologist is prescribing is clearly not working and my family doctor is absolutely no help for my gut issues. I have some questions about the treatments for the patient David: In what form do you recommend taking these treatments ? As Supplements in pill form ? Can you recommend any brands or at least any dosages ?
