I am catching up on your videos and recently watched the one about having fun. As a 30-something yr old mom of 5 life can feel so busy and full (which I am super grateful for!). But lately I have been very intentional to read in the evenings, take time with special skin care, make fun sparkling water drinks during the hot summer days, go to a bookshop, save my daily sweet treat to have in the evening chatting with my husband, and painting my nails more… things like these. It has made a huge difference in my energy and attitude! We all need a little fun and joy in our lives, even if it is setting aside just 10-15 min a day. Excited to watch this bookish video!

Out of my years I have just one good friend left . And that's fine with me . I use to be like you dear and I realized alot of my friends used me . And I am perfectly happy with just one true friend and if she wasn't around anymore I will be fine with just myself . And you are a very sweet soul . I’m all about productivity so I have to-do lists, and when I’m done, I read! My social media is limited to 30 mins/day with scrolling (fb and insta combined, 15 mins each). Once my time limit is up (which you can set on your phone), I do something else! Time limits are so helpful. There’s no need to feel guilty about scrolling, since you know the time will go by quick. Plus, creative people can influence us for the better on social media. I’m grateful for it. It’s also a creativity outlet for me. But management of time on it is what’s important! I also don’t watch much tv, just a few subscriptions to keep up with on KZread (: I do spend a lot of time on my todo lists, but I always enjoy a moment where I can just sit and read a good book! Highly recommend The Inheritance Games; it got me back into reading for fun!

I just finished reading "If the Tide Turns" by Rachel Rueckert & really enjoyed it. It's a historical novel on Pirates & colonists in the 17th century post the witch trials. It's based on a real pirate named Samuel Bellamy & a strong willed girl named Maria, the girl he loves.

I love Christmas it was my dads favorite to do when we were all growing up and since hes gone to heaven i love decorating and watching vlogmas of people doing there traditions it makes me happy so much . This might be more of an Autumn/Winter book. I recommend Death at Gallows Green by Robin Paige. It has history, mystery and romance. Who could want more? And there's a well known character in there by artistic license.
