  I stumbled upon your vids, and I live with chronic illness as well. We have many symptoms and expeirences in common, such as taking handfills of pills each day, digestive issues and problems manitaning body weight. God Bless

  This made me so happy right now. I bet you are an amazing friend in real life! One of my tips is to have a list of things/ people that make me happy :) Whenever I am sad, I go through all the pionts on this list and think about them
