I am one of your newest fans and I love your music Charles and the way you sing. And I love your new song about liking the Hospital. You are so extremely talented! My son Jonathan also has CF/diabetes and is now 29-years old and received his double lung transplant 9 years ago and is doing well. He likes the hospital for all the same reasons you sing about in your song. He actually misses the hospital sometimes. It becomes a lifestyle when you stay there so much, and it is so awesome that many CFers like you and Jonathan find the joy within the challenges and relish them! I have another friend who has CF/ diabetes and received his double lung transplant 19 years ago and he is also doing very well. He is 39 years old and married. Life with a transplant gets so much better, so hang in there. I will keep you in my prayers Charles that you will be another success story in the transplant community and I know you will have many quality and healthy years ahead. May God bless you for what you are doing to raise awareness and provide inspiration and hope within the CF community! I have subscribed to the stuff you post and can hardly wait to receive more great music from you!! :)

Oh yes please. I will make a donation to a cf charity is there one you'd prefer. Just telling my Charlie about you, he's 12 so I hope he'll come up with something to raise awareness. He is very impressed with your music. He said "wow how does he do that if he's so ill!" Great inspiration for our children.

Charles Michael Duke Well you've certainly made me smile today, my charlie is singing I have Cystic Fibrosis, so that one is definitely catchy. Are you in hospital at the moment?
