During this outbreak, it can be easy to lose a sense of routine as we practice social distancing. While we all work toward adjusting to our new norms, we would like to share with you 30-minutes of Zumba Fitness with Peteru and Erica.
This fitness segment was funded by the American Samoa Department of Health - Non-communicable Disease Program. Filmed in 2018, it is part of an initiative to bring fitness into our homes for those unable to attend classes or visit gyms. What better time than now for its release?
