Did this on my 2018 scat pack and did not require a reboot. Followed the steering wheel control procedure and turned the car off. Was about to go out with my wife and was like, shit I don’t have time to reboot. Started it up and it defaulted into sport mode. May be different for cars that require the bypass and not suggesting anyone to do anything different. Just saying in my instance I did not need to reboot. Thank you for showing how to access this.

So... my buddy installed some shit for me, with the Tazer. My question is... you NEED to have the physical Tazer, to be able to benefit, from this function all the time? Right? Its hard for me to justify getting this since I have most of the functions already! Cool video btw! Nice to see you doing your own ideas for video content... instead of copying like the rest!

Great question. Well for this particular feature you need the physical Tazer and have it plugged in to get the benefit of the start drive modes, light show and line lock etc. to work! But if you have an SRT or above you would already have the modes but not have the ability to do other things in this comment i just spoke about. And thanks for the acknowledge of my unique video content ideas. I'm trying to feed this community with informative knowledge and not gossip!

Can a 2012 RT charger get automatic start with the taser

I have a question… so I have a 5 speed 5.7 pursuit and on my drv mode I keep pressing track mode or eco and it just doesn’t work no matter what I seem to do my track mode or eco mode won’t work on my radio but I have it as start up on track mode on my cluster? Does anyone know why? It also only says I have 83 horsepower on that page and that’s it no other “traction” option or etc 😂 so I can start it in any mode on my cluster but I can’t change it on my Uconnect

I need help I have a 2018 SXT plus challenger and I can’t get drive modes

I’ve had my eye on a Tazer for my Durango R/T for a couple weeks now. $250 keeps me on the fence from buying one. My biggest fear is possibly ruining the transmission going from AWD to RWD in the summer months and then back to AWD in the winter. Thoughts?

Just spoke with my boy. He said you'll have no problems because it's all computerized. He has a 2015 Durango RT.

*From what I remember the Tazer needed to be left plugged in for the desired start up mode feature! But its been years since I've made videos on this product so something could have changed!*

MDG Collections great news mdg, I finally got the tazer in the srt settings for my 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona, I just need help with one more thing, how do you get the hellcat emblem in the instrument cluster on start ups, mine still has the charger logo ??? Please help me with this, thanks

@@davidtolbertiv6446 do you have a 392? Because if you have just the 5.7 you can't have a hellcat graphic show up in the instrument cluster without an air bag light coming on.

No eco will remain on if you have it on when the car is turned off no matter what.

So far I like the Tazer on my 2019 R/T but it’s hit or miss to have it start up in whatever mode I have it set in.

How u doing... The question I have when I have it on SRT I get the airbag light. When I take off SRT mode and reboot it's gone. But I won't SRT mode that's the whole point. I got 17 RT

I got a 2013 r/t but i won’t give me the option to turn on the sport mode... why is that?

To i dnt get the default page from a tazer for a SRT8 14 charger!!!! Why is that? I thinkni might have to update my Uconnect!! Wha u no bout that ? like i dont getbthe page you just showed here in this vid default nd eco or sport or track mode page !! May b is bc i already have these features by just touching track or sport mode from my screen !!! That feature is there for SRT8 but not the page you have w the engine nd drive train showing !!

I didn't have to rebooot, I turned the car off started it right back up and it went to the mode I set up because I didn't see the option to reboot, will see if it works next time

@@MDG_Collections I have reset it by holding the 2 power/ radio channel buttons to reset it a few times but it’s the same deal… I wonder if it’s because it’s a pursuit

@SrtRas *Yes that's probably it. I do not do videos on this Tazer anymore for years but from what I remember certain features like that only work on a 5.7 Charger or above but I could be wrong*

@SrtRas *yea I know but I mean I think it would have to be a non pursuit as I don't remember that being one of the trims on the list years ago unless something changed. Just check their website list. Like I said I stopped doing videos on this product once the company made it hard to get the info I needed to make videos*

It's "STP" not "SPT" and it means Super Track Pack.
