+Rated PG Charger no not at all but to correct that just go to "clear cels" and push enter using the cruise control button and it should go away. If it doensnt right about let your car go through a sleep cycle then you will be good

I have small screen on my charger but i can turn it on on the odometer but it dosent make any difference any idea how to turn it on?

Great video man. I've been on the fence about the Tazer and was really only interested in Track mode for my 2015 R/T. Now that I see what Valet mode is like, and that it can be LOCKED in, that piece of mind alone might be worth getting a Tazer.

Yeah man definitely! I just used valet mode this passed Saturday while getting my oil changed. I left my car with them for 45 minutes and had such piece of mind.

First night with the tazer. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. on menus Eco mode says yes but in menu its not available.. Just valet mode. What did I miss?

King Lundy great question! Yes it does!

never could get to a menu with older version of software of the tazer. It had/has to be plugged in to change settings. Although once set its all good to go. I don't leave mine plugged in because I don't use the love settings. Eco mode just makes the car start in 2nd and makes the shifting super slow.

+LB3711 Oh I didn't understand what you were trying to say. Ok so.did you update your ZPU 1st to the new 2.0 version? If not you need to uninstall the old ZPU first then upgrade to the new one before any updates can be done with the Tazer.

i have the new 2.0.2 version. thats how I got to the 2.4 firmware.

Installed Tazer today. I set it to yes for eco mode but it doesn't show as available. What did I miss?

There's a number of things that could be wrong. Maybe you don't have all your other settings to the correct setting to provide eco or maybe the car needs to go through a sleep cycle or two or three before it shows up then it depends on the year and trim level car you have. I would need to know more to really answer your question.

Merry Christmas man! Another informative vid! You said in the vid that if taking the car into service to put it in Valet mode but I think that would be a mistake if taking it to the dealership. If taking it to the dealership you want to UNMarry the car, putting it in Valet mode means the Tazer is still attached right? Valet mode would be great if you valet the car or let grown kids drive the car of something...but not for service at the dealership. Thoughts?

+Harry Frazier I agree but if you're just going to the dealership for an oil change I don't think they care much or even notice actually. Half these technicians don't even know if our Daytona or which of these trims comes with that feature or not to be honest. Now if you're going in for some major electrical problem I'd unmarry first just to be smart. That's my thoughts on that. Because remember the main purpose is to keep them from joy riding your car after they're done when they "go to park it" lol and Merry Christmas to you too!

Thanks man. Thats leads me to another question though. Is the Valet mode an available mode on the SRT? Or just a feature from Tazer......I'm thinking its an SRT feature but just wanna make sure. Either way with the Tazer + Daytona I think they Daytona is a better package than the SRT. Better seats, CAI, unique wheel package, 6 piston Brembo brakes up front. How is the SRT better? lol

+Harry Frazier Yes the SRT and HELLCAT both come with valet mode standard. And yes I agree our Daytona is a better package with exactly the things you mentioned. Because like you said all you do is add a Tazer for $250 you get what Dodge is basically charging you about $5000 more to get in a SRT other than getting full leather seats in the SRT which I wouldn't want because you slide around too much with them in a car like this with so much power and yes you get the adaptive suspension with the SRT but to me that wasn't worth it.

I'm going to try valet mode on my challenger today. You save more gas on the valet mode than a ECO mode?

Dam man. Very informative. Idk why this isnt a feature in the non SRT V8s. We are well above 200 or even 150 hps with our beasts. Would suck to catch someone trynna race you and then being on a high speed police chase on CNN in valet mode on lol

+Gary Bennett I'd have to do a test fuel economy in Valet mode. And I would highly recommend valet mode in snow driving if that's what you meant by winter driving.

Decent vid but I gotta say one of the most obvious thing about the modes that wasn’t covered was the effect on MPG.. vid seem more geared to hp vs the purpose of the mode.... does Valet mode share similar MPG’s as ECO mode. Also a lot of the vid was very repetitive.. 3.28 sec of the vid was spent on saying “you don’t get all the features of the tazer if it’s not plugged in.. I get the importance of repeating important points but after 3 times it’s repetitive.. none the less good vids keep up the work
