YALL I DID IT. DUELIST LEVEL 580 over 3100 deck capacity. Beat the entire main game without God cards. Actually decked Reshef out for the win! Grinding against Noah now to an insanely higher level to be able to grind the hall of eternity no God cards.

@@kinnikuboneman I spent hours of time that I could have used honing any type of skill. But instead I completed a task that I truly wanted to complete and I know is possible. Yes, it was worth it.

glad to know its successful. ive been slowly grinding out my own little run without using anything i normally would, but only just at the point of marik and im at like 226 or something now. it really makes it apparent how reliant i usually am on gods, dark flare, petit moth, doron etc.

So, watching your play through inspiried me to play. Something im trying(yes I am crazy.) Im running Dark Magic ritual and summoning a Magician of Black Chaos. If you run DFK, when Mirage sits into Dark Magician and Flame Swordsman you can use that DM then you need Flame and one other card, you dont actually need a Dark Magician in your deck to summon BCM. So im trying to use that as my boss monster.

you know it's funny how you mentioned statistics early on because of poor draws. I was just watching an older video about the dream minecraft cheating controversy, and as a point of comparison, the guy doing the video, stand up maths, brought up a recent world record for the number of times in a row that a 7 was not rolled in a row in a game of craps, and it was 154. Which is astronomically low, and it happened in a casino in a controlled environment. It's crazy how unlikely things not only can happen, but will happen eventually given enough attempts.

Never set Fiend's hand lol. If you saved it you might have beaten Yugi there. You're getting close!

I would add torrential tribute at this point. Yes it can be dustered but that’s true for all traps and you still use a few. If you get a good use out of it for example when your swords run out and they have a full field that super worth.

ngl at 15 mins. the fact i was thinking. COULDNT you summon oblisk or ra. and just stall the turns out long enough to deck out. but then i relised that if so. marik would summoned RA since its pheniox mode it just hits all monsters at the cost of 1k hp and would summon normal ra if beaten or he summons all 3 Dark Jeroids and power down a card 3 times, and at this point even if your speeding through the duel vs you get pretty sick as all 3 activate every time seperatly every min kiba would summon master of dragon, noha 5 goofy dragons, pegasus would summon toon blue eyes and boost it by megamorph getting it over 4k, not sure about joey im lookin at the list of boss monsters beating over god cards. as his highest would be gilford at 2800 bakura. would be if he got final on the field if he didnt mess up or you used fether duster yugi slifer of course with 4star as he would throw away a 5th card every tone and hit for game no doubt shadi Magician of Black Chaos with megamorph paradox would ether summon Zera or Black Luster Soldier which if used megamorph would get over 4k sad fact IF you want to deck out the only card YOU can use is SLIFER if you get it on the field even and keep all 5 cards in hand and not draw new cards. if used ra to even get it on board you have to be lucky to even get slifer on board. that if you dont get bored and dont hit every monster they play with ra and since slifer effect you already want to skip it hard so it be tediouse to deck out 10 people in a row by this srate

Your luck in the beginning of the stream is my luck trying to play irl, which is one reason I gave up playing.

honestly i have a question or a theory so you throw dark flare knight to the grave yard and mirage knight comes out. after one turn it becomes dark magicne and flames swordsman. what if your foe used monster reborn to get mirage back onto the field. would it activate it effect and IF so. couldnt you monster reborn it after it ended the turn getting a second copy of dark and flame? its super sitatuoinal as the only visable way to test this would be in a cable duel with a friend to try that but still.

Mirage Knight disappears when its effect is activated.

@@housinengi9512 No. Dark Flare Knight immediately comes back as Mirage Knight and disappears from the graveyard. Mirage Knight splits into Dark Magician and Flame Swordsman. It never goes to the graveyard.

@@ZaidValRoa wow. ngl. the fact i dont think theres any other monster that does something like this where its a tier three becomes 2 and then split into teir 1s. considering they lock 50% of cards from even using till post game from insane grinding

There's a mod for the game that removes the effect prompt, isn't there?

Yeah, but RetroAchievements doesn’t support it.

I found my gba cartridge of reshef of destruction and I tried doing the hall of eternity gauntlet.
