The perfect meatless lunch everyone will love. My kids love it the most.
You will want to cook it again and again! Incredibly simple and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
300 grams of flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 jar of pickled plums
250g butter
250g breadcrumbs
100 g powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
12 g vanilla sugar
3 tsp salt
water

Vielen Dank für das Rezept💗. Diesen Teig hat meine Oma auch immer für Zwetschgenknödel verwendet. Sie gab dann allerdings frische Zwetschgen/Pflaumen mit einem Stück Würfelzucker in die Mitte

A magyarok ezt szilvásgombócnak hívják. Nagyon népszerű, mert finom és aránylag olcsó. A különbség, hogy mi a cukrot és a fahéjat a szilvával együtt a gombóc belsejébe tesszük. Én vaj helyett tejföllel szeretem.

Guten Morgen, also das ist ein sehr schönes altes Rezept und dafür danke ich dir. Genauso hat meine Schwiegermama die - wie man bei uns sagt - Quetscheklees - gemacht. Sogar meine Kinder als sie noch klein waren haben sie geliebt und ich mache sie heute noch von Zeit zu Zeit. Bislang hab ich sie immer nur mit frischen Zwetschgen und einen Stück Zucker in der Frucht gemacht, aber die aus dem Glas werde ich demnächst mal ausprobieren, schließlich gibt es die Früchte ja nicht das ganze Jahr. Dankeschön übrigens auch für alle anderen sehr schönen und guten Rezepte von dir. Weiter so. Liebe Grüße aus Hessen

Das ist ein bekanntes Rezept Kartoffelknödel heisst zwetschgenknödelmit frischen Zwetschgen ist das viel besser man kann auch frische Pfirsich nehme das kommt aus Österreich von meiner Mutter ich kenne das schon so lange.

Ez nem szilvás galuska hanem szilvás gombóc. Ugyan így csinálom csak kimagozott friss szilvából. És egy kicsit vékonyabb és nagyobb tésztából. Különben a többi munkafolyamat ugyan ilyen.

We use this potato dough in Scotland we fry it and eat it for breakfast along with bacon and eggs I would never have thought of using it as a sweet dish but these look so delicious I will definitely try them

So different and looks delicious. Have you tried frying the dough balls after they have boiled and dried? I saw donuts made this way. Then sprinkle with your sweetened breadcrumb mixture and butter and whipped cream.

We call them Knedle: Instead of plums use plum jam, or any jam, it's quicker. If using raw plums, cut in half, remove seed sautee in little butter and sugar, until soft, not too soft, must hold their shape. You must put a sweetener onto the plums or they will be too sour, or you make like them sour. Also you need not add sugar to the sauteed breadcrumbs, to control intake of sweetness. Instead sprinkle sugar onto the sugarless dumpling. Optional. If you don't add sugar here, then it's tasteless and bland. In my country this can be the main meal or served as a sweet... optional !
